Very interesting and on paper impressive if we can pull this off. Potentially permanent too leaving that loan slot open for a striker....

Presume he is the Grant replacement then. Think he is a more advanced attacking player than Grant's defensive mid position.

Given the description on the Fulham website I'm not sure where he would fit into our setup? www.fulhamfc.com/player-profiles/adetayo-edun" An assertive individual who is comfortable operating anywhere on the left, either as a full-back or wide midfielder."

Heard even though Edun would be a good addition to the club's fabric, we've decided to play Sweet Caroline instead.

Think he is primarily a centre midfielder. Started as a left back, so wonder if that info from the Fulham website is quite outdated.

Be a good left footed addition by the looks to add some more balance.
Can't fault the efforts behind the scenes in moving players in and out so far.

Blimey. That's a bit different to what you normally get when a manager is asked about a player. So at least we know we are most certainly trying to sign him.

Contrast the feel around the club to any other stage over the past six even 12 months and things do certainly feel good. Long may it continue.

Edun and a decent addition upfront and I’d go as far as saying that this squad will be as good as we’ve seen over the past few years - really looking forward to this season

If things go tits up people will quickly revert to slating Ricketts for bringing in all his ‘Wolves mates’ but people like this Edun (who I’ve never heard of by the way) and Ro-Shaun Williams (who I’d also never heard of), are exactly the type of player a club like us should be signing. Give him a three year contract.

This backs up what Brian’s said in his latest interview that there not finished in this window Hover and Chameleon? Famed for their ability to hang around waiting for transfer tips and merge into the background.

Would he be any better or more experienced than the Chelsea lad. Sounds like they play different positions. Edun seems to be more defensive minded which is what we could do with. I’m not sure though.
