Not football related, but lucky enough to see Kohli bat last week and also had the pleasure of meeting Tendulkar, Akram, Lara and Waqar. This guy understands the meaning of legends.

Anton Ferdinand has forgotten more about cricket than Franny knows. Who are you? I attend a number of Shrewsbury Town Football Club matches over a course of any given season and pass comment upon them accordingly. Judging by your at best occasional snipes against the club and constant adoration of middling county cricketers, I'd estimate you've not attended a Town game in the last four seasons as an absolute minimum. Fran the "Town Fan."

If you were to ask me to name three geniuses, I probably wouldn't say Messi, Charlton...I'd go McCullum, Lara, Onions, y'know...Swann

Lucky (and old enough) to have seen Stanley Matthews play in his Blackpool days. All the greats for Man Utd of which George Best was the best I ever saw. Denis Law in his Pre Man Utd days with Man City was even better before he went to Italy. Alan Hudson was another who controlled everything in a game as did Ralph Coates at Burnley (got lost at Spurs). Trevor Francis at Birmingham was always worth the admission money. For Salop, Arthur Rowley, Colin Whitaker, Peter Broadbent etc etc etc
