He seems a bit of an enigma sometimes and not everyones cup of tea but that is great to see. What a lovely gesture and refreshing to see some of the football stars sharing their fortunes with those less unfortunate.

This is a nothing gesture and deserves no praise.
The man earns 200k a week. It’s the equivalent of a normal person donating a hundred quid.
He has more money than he’ll ever be able to spend. Making a charitable donation is no skin off his nose.

What a complete c**k you are, if he hadn't made the gesture there would be some poor kids somewhere stuck on a waiting list or not on one at all, we don't all have the benefit of the NHS. Regardless of what he earns it is a kind gesture, doesn't matter what you earn, and have you heard of "it's the thought that counts".

Fairplay to him, that's a good gesture he didn't have to make

Much better he does this than make a donation to his local bookmaker as many have done over the years.

Making a charitable donation is no skin off his nose. Go on then. You give £100 to a good cause now, tell us about it and we can tell you it’s a nothing gesture and give you no praise. Do it, it’s no skin off your nose. I’m assuming you’re “a normal person” but could be wrong.

In my opinion this is just like a normal layperson donating £1,000 each week and it warrants no praise.

Making a charitable donation is no skin off his nose. I don’t like Mesut purely because of the ridiculous things he said. Whenever he is utter rubbish and people criticise him he acts like a poor defenceless puppy and sometimes even going too far. He is a class player in the correct set up but will always look poor in a side that isn’t always winning. Add him to City side and he’d make them better. That said - to take any of what he has done with this as a negative is pure ignorance. What a t**t.

I love how easily people are outraged these days. People wouldn’t say ‘thank you’ then to someone who donated an amount of money to charity then?!

I'm just glad that I have a totally different outlook on life to you. So many people give up their time to work in or give money to the voluntary sector, without these charitable organisations our society would be a much poorer place indeed.

Out of curiosity, what kind of TV comedies and/or stand-up comedians do you find amusing, so I have a frame of reference?

I ❤️ owd Tickets Please Swan, referred to as the Inspector by some ,not many mind as he tends to be socially incompetent and has very few friends . In actual fact not many people talk to him at all if they can help it.
Nevertheless he is a class act and amuses me a great deal although he is an absolute t**t most of the time .
Carry on Inspector , alls good .
