No idea what happened but I bet Norburn was involved! he gave them pelters all game, absolute quality.

One of there lads was just as good at it, he was CONSTALTY winding Grant up, more so after he got his yellow. I though after the first red there would be more cards. Defo a weird intense atmosphere.

Karl Robinson seems to be saying it wasn't the town players causing the problems in the tunnel. That would seem to point then towards the backroom staff. The referee would have to make a report at the end of the game if anything untoward happened and he didn't do that so you would have to think that Robinson was exaggerating a little. He certainly wasn't a happy man when he walked off at half time and it would be hard to believe that he didn't have words with someone in the tunnel.

Not to mention their captain number 19 who was constantly whinging to the ref and somehow managed not to get booked until about the 94th minute!

I note that you are obliged to use the player's number to identify him! Bit difficult using a programme with last year's squad numbers.

Jamie Mackie - always been the same, one of those players you love to hate but in his prime would’ve liked him in your team

I was pretty close to the red card incident, I thought it was a definite yellow, slightly late, missed the ball and caught his shin pans as you could hear the smack
no stud, just late, there was a tackle on about 12 mins that looked a lot worse but fell into the "its too early for cards category"
such an inconsistent game even with the same ref, same game, same half

If Edwards was a red at Bristol then that was worth two reds.

A definite orange and really there can be little complaint about the red. If you go in like that then you are inviting the ref to make that decision.
