[b 😆 Mail should not get lost these days. All you need on the front of the envelope is your house number and postcode. Try it - it works.9 You been on the advocaat and soda again? Never touched it in my life but imagine it to be in the same bracket as lager - good water spoiled.

What a mess. And that surely has to go for the EFL too, right? So what's going on and whats going to happen? I mean we are what, two weeks away from the start of the season and they have a friendly game postponed and players still complaining of not getting paid. And this after they were unable to fulfill a fixture last season. Are the League just going to let this drag so that we might well see them play a number of games and then come unstuck? How many unfulfilled fixtures until the act? And how? I'm going to have to blow the trumpet for German football again here. As I am sure this would have been addressed way before now and the situation would have been resolved one way or the other. Harsh maybe but they've got to start thinking of all involved here and the integrity of the League.

Explains why my bloody post gets lost in the mail. [b 😆 Mail should not get lost these days. All you need on the front of the envelope is your house number and postcode. Try it - it works.9 If only that was true The sequencer machine often guesses and I’m sure it needs glasses, it’s can’t tell the difference between a D and a Q for example I probably get about 10 letters a day that are clearly not for the round I’m on but more annoying is I always get at least 1 letter that isn’t on my round but could very easily fool someone who isn’t 100% familiar with it And who do they blame if one of these gets posted Yep the postman who has to run around like an Idiot trying to complete his round on time which isn’t possible with most rounds these days

The annoying thing is that the clubs who splash the cash (that they dont have) always seem to have an advantage on clubs like us and tends to make a few of our fans think that those running the club are unambitious. To think if Roland hadnt taken the measures that he did when he took over 20 odd years ago (anyone remember the Jake King days when we didnt have any money available?) we might well have been in the same boat as Bury, Bolton, Macc, etc a long time ago. "Unambitious" as Roland might be it will be a very sad day for Town when he is no longer in overall charge of this club whatever a few others might think.

You been on the advocaat and soda again? Never touched it in my life but imagine it to be in the same bracket as lager - good water spoiled. Do wonder why real ale drinkers (guess that’s your tipple) have such a downer on Lager.... German Pilsner lager can only contain 4 ingredients, barley, hops, yeast and water unlike real ales that have all sorts added including fineings and all sorts . Not questioning your preferences we all have them but ‘good water spoilt’ Substances such as finings include egg whites, blood, milk, isinglass, and Irish moss. These are still used by some producers, but more modern substances have also been introduced and are more widely used, including bentonite, gelatin, casein, carrageenan, alginate, diatomaceous earth, pectinase, pectolyase, PVPP, kieselsol (colloidal silica), copper sulfate, dried albumen, hydrated yeast, and activated carbon.[citation needed]

There is an interesting precedent set many years ago when Maidstone Utd went to the wall.
In 1992-93 they were unable to fulfil their opening fixture against Sc***horpe Utd. The league gave Maidstone an ultimatum of a matter of days in which to come up with an undertaking/guarantee that they would be able to fulfil their fixtures for the rest of the season., Maidstone were unable to give such undertakings and resigned / expelled from league.
As it stands Bolton have 6 players left of which two are goalkeepers.
The opening fixture away to Wycombe is 15 days away and the remaining 6 players still remain unpaid. The players refused to play against Chester the other night after the potential new owners asked them to defer their unpaid wages for a further period.
The potential new owners are skint it would appear.
Sadly I think Bolton Wanderers are toast
Very very sad indeed

Very sad for such an historical club to end up like this but they only have themselves to blame. They wont be the last in the current climate of boom or bust for football clubs, makes you appreciate what we have and how well the club is run.

To think that the last time I saw Bolton play live was when they beat Man City at Maine Road to secure promotion to the First Division (or Premiership, I can't remember which).
I was the first person to shake the hand of the great Nat Lofthouse who was president of the club at the time.

I would have thought that the unacceptable face of football was people dragging clubs into the mire without regard to employees or fans. Also the EFL are unacceptable to me.

It will be interesting to see how the EFL respond to this.

If Bolton are looking for sympathy, it's in The Oxford Dictionary between s**t and syphilis.
I might have a nose the size of an elephant's, but I've also got the memory of Juan. Remember them beating us with star players they couldn't afford to win promotion?

Perhaps all other clubs in the league should support the efl decision to dock points and the lg2 sides who missed out on promotion to a cheating bury also appeal

Giving Bolton and Bury only a 12 point deduction, is an absolute disgrace.still can't get my head around how Luton got a 30 point deduction and these two overspending, poorly managed clubs only get 12.an absolute travesty of justice
