Time for Caldwell and Wycherly to give the fans a few answers as why we have hired an inexperienced manager who it feels is totally out of his depth, after sacking a manger who they hired in the summer who was also out of his depth!
Every man and his dog could see we needed an experienced man at the helm to get us out of this but their inability to do this will imo damage the club long term. I don’t blame Ricketts or Askey, of course they were going to take the job, it’s the men at the top who should have better judgement.
Time Roland and Brian tell us the long term plan here. Because the natives are restless and the legacy is potentially being destroyed.

I always wonder if we tried to get in more experienced managers, and they were not interested. Was SR first choice?
Maybe experienced managers looked out our position, squad, fitness levels, and wage structure and decided STFC was not for them.
They can’t come out and public and say Sam was 6th choice.
If he was first choice... then that asks some serious questions of their thought process.
