Ricketts seems well out of his depth.
Who do we replace him with though?
I’d cling on just out of hope and desperation, because we have no better alternatives.

Ricketts won’t get sacked tonight. Earliest, maybe next Sunday? (Still think he would have longer than that). By the time you find a new manager, put him in charge you are looking at March 9th/16th? That would be too late into the season for a new manager to make an impact, in my opinion. We are stuck with Ricketts. I am backing him out of sheer desperation as I cannot see any other alternative.

There's no point in sacking him and if BC and RW did, we would end up with Coyne and Ramsey in charge until the end of the season.
A bloke who doesn't want to be a manager and a bloke who has stepped up from the youth team.

They won’t sack him, BC will go in the summer (hopefully) and SR will be given nx season in L2 before we realise what an absolute s**te manager he is and sack him when we are in a relegation battle in L2..! Roland the Shropshire Monner OUT...!!

As rubbish as we have been and as disappointed we are, we are not in anyway adrift, in fact 1 win would probably put us out of the relegation zone, not that I think we will get one in present circumstances, so it's definitely not too late

FFS.People need to stop being so childish and moaning every time we lose or draw and start getting behind him and the players.

Pointless wanting him to be sacked (I don’t think he is the right man). We have to back him now until the end of the season. Anything else will decrease our chances of staying up.
