14 goals in a side with next to no service. Unbelievable.

I gotta admit I'm puzzled by this and how we are going about things. I understand why we would want Campbell in, more so now after his goal today. But I'd most certainly rather have both Okenabirhie and Campbell on the pitch together. Just seems a waste to have him sat on the bench...

The substitution of Campbell for Payne was a bigger "you don't know what you're doing moment" than anything Askey ever did when he was criticised for his substitutions.

14 goals in a side with next to no service. Unbelievable. 14 goals with virtually no service , not playing to Okenabirhie strengths , we now have Campbell who is a similar player to Okenabirhie playine them as a lone forward will not work.

It was crying out for two strikers from the start, far too negative from Ricketts today.

Is the South Stand singing you don't know what you're doing? Directed at the chairman and those who appointment our managers I would hope...

It would have been worthy of being directed at Ricketts today when replacing Campbell with Payne.

I've given up trying to understand what Ricketts is trying to do. 😕 Even more so now I've heard why Fey was on the bench today. 😕

Caldwell I wish you had walked and Hurst had come in and done a job. We are going down with this clown in charge. Burton looked as much good as we did at times today. Poor ref but two poorer teams.

I take it that it is Beckles's turn to be dropped in the defensive 3 next week.

I take it that it is Beckles's turn to be dropped in the defensive 3 next week. That's the problem can't get a settled back line. Ricketts needs to sort this defense out and stick with it. He needs to stop ****ing about

i advocate a flat back four, Bolton and Golbourne are not wingers.

Abject performance today against a competent Burton side. Biggest problem for Rickets was the lack of midfielders available. No Docherty, Laurent, Edwards, Vincelot and Haynes.
We played two wingers, Whalley and Gilliead in a narrow midfield but Bolton and especially Golborne contributed nothing down the wings. Norburn was our only midfielder in his right position. The whole thing was a disjointed mess.
Grant played so deep we were effectively a back six. That's how we lined up for Burton's goalkicks which left no one to pick up the second ball. Quite annoying that even with six defenders we allow the smallest player on the pitch a free header for the goal.
Given our lack of midfielders today it may turn out to be a point gained but nevertheless, time is running out and so are the excuses.

i advocate a flat back four, Bolton and Golbourne are not wingers. I agree. Bolton is not a wing back, Gouldbourne is not even a footballer based on what I saw today. I would have a back 4 with Sadler at left back as has to be better defensively that Haynes or Gouldbourne.

Campbell took his one chance well. Like Fey tends to do.
Campbell was off-side a lot. Like Fey tends to be.
The real problem yesterday was Whalley playing a central role. How that happened still baffles me.
