Has joined Wrexham after contract was cancelled by ‘mutual consent’!
Thought he did ok whenever I saw him play.
Good luck to him

Wonder how much money we've wasted bringing him here, not playing him, and then paying him off.

Doing Wrexham a big favour there.

That leaves us with 3 centre backs, unless you include Bolton. Need another.

Sears also played at CB earlier in a checkatrade match (Walsall I think?) and played well there

Seemed an ok squad player.
He was very very slow though.

From what I saw of Kennedy, he looked very decent. If it helps Wrexham get above Salford, I'll be well pleased with that.

Did OK vs Bradford opening day.
Can't recall seeing much more of him.

Difficult to assess him as we saw so little of him but the general consensus was the lad had no pace. I expect the squad at the end of January will look very different to the squad we had at the end of August

I don't see how anyone can pass much judgement on him given he's not had any sort of run in the side. Good luck to him at Wrexham.

i saw in some reserve games and he was neat and tidy, whilst he did not have any pace he had enough nous to keep out of trouble.he was good on the ball and made very few errors, in my opinion he was a good centre half but sometimes it does not always work out. i wish him all the best. that means Beckles is the only spare centre back .

Seemed an ok squad player. He was very very slow though. By that logic Steve Evans would make an ok squad player.

Kennedy has been ok when I have seen him until the Vale game, when he was poor, but so was his partner.

Without doubt since I saw the Town first play in 1968 the slowest defender I’ve ever seen and that includes Redmile!,

All recent Town managers have made a Kennedy type signing, it was a punt on a one year contract.

Looked nothing special to me.
Hopefully we don't bring a replacement in. Beckles deserves a consistent run at centre half, we've not seen the best of him out of position. With Bolton as a further level of cover we have four players at the club for the two positions already.
Whatever funds are available MUST be spent on a goalscorer. I'd rather bring one more wow signing in this month than three average ones...............
