Bryn is a better player than either Norburn or Laurent in my opinion and has more potential than either to improve. If he does leave this will probably be due to the signing of Walker, but again I'd rather keep Morris. Good luck to him at Luton if that is where he ends up, it would be their gain and our loss.

I would be disappointed if Morris left, he's as good as, if not better than Norburn for a start.

Yet last season he hardly got a game unless Ogogo was out, no one complained then

As you started the thread you may be able to edit the title?

There should be an Edit button in the top right corner? There is in all my posts, I guess you'll need to edit the first post in the thread to change the title though.

For me this diamond needs getting rid of ASAP. Novelty has worn off now . Now we’ve got bryn back how about 4-2-3-1
Grant and Morris holding with Edwards Docherty and Norburn infront .
That way we get Laurent and gillead out of the side , who have done nothing this season .

It's expecting an awful lot of Dave Edwards, coming off a bad injury, to immediately become part of our starting XI after playing no football for eight months.

You have three 10's behind the striker interchanging, two of which are usually wide.

If at the lower end of League One you'd complain about having the below midfield i'd suggest you get some help:
xx
xx-xx-xx-xx
Grant-Morris
Norburn-Docherty-Edwards

Where have I complained Martin? You appear to be mocking the suggestion from Bobby without making another suggestion and reason why you believe it would be better suited ...

Where have I complained Martin? You appear to be mocking the suggestion from Bobby without making another suggestion and reason why you believe it would be better suited ... I merely gave a description of 'narrow pentagon' . Based on the assumption there would be 5 midfielders (5 implies a pentagonal shape) with the ones Bobby stating that would be wide as Edwards and Norburn. Neither of which have played 'wide' for years / if ever, hence the 'narrow' comment. My dearest apologies if you took offence to my descriptors.

My preferred formation would be 4-4-2 to be honest with 2 out and out wingers and 2 decent strikers up top . At the moment we just don’t have the players to do that . Would also love to see eisa have a run in the side!

Guessing Luton may not be a likely destination for Bryn now?

So that’s just two out of the divisions top two that are interested in him then?!

So that’s just two out of the divisions top two that are interested in him then?! From what I’ve seen of Morris I don’t think he’s any worse a player than Norburn or Laurent . I’d like to have seen him in a 4-2-3-1 sitting with Grant and Edwards/Docherty playing in the middle of the front 4

If I’m perfectly honest, I fail to see what Laurent has offered us so far?? Whether CAM is his natural/best position, I’m not sure?
I think Morris has been a very tidy player whenever he has played for us? Unlucky not to score at Wembley when his shot hit the bar. And has notched 3 times as many goals as Laurent so far this season!!

He played the first part of this season in a side in our league who have been better than us. Now he's been linked with moves to two of the sides who are chasing automatic promotion to The Championship. Yet some people would still be happy to see him leave in this transfer window.

Maybe he wants to leave? The damage was done in the summer with this one.
