I wonder if Wrexham will struggle past the mighty Solihull Moors, or get overtaken by football giants, AFC Fylde?

Didn't see any wxm fans taking over any Shrewsbury pubs in 2008,all I seen was their streaming out of the ground as fast as you like, and out of Shrewsbury after the 3-0 hammering.no horns honking that day, just the sound of bleat bleat we've lost again, and going home with tails between there legs!!!! 😂😂😂

The worry is that with Solihull playing Orient, at least one of them will drop points, thus allowing Wrexham to sneak into the top 3 and avoiding an extra playoff game.
Salford haven't the easiest of run ins either, as they still have to play AFC Fylde and have 2 tricky away games.

Fair play. To find the above video clips in colour has taken some doing. I could only find Wrexham wins in black and white.

We're expecting the Shrewsbury derby back again in a couple of seasons. 3 at the most. It's a familiar and happy hunting ground for us oldies. Happy memories. Taking over Shrewsbury's pubs at 11.05 am is some record with the old Licensing Laws?. Generally bossing it as usual. The biggest traffic jam and congestion Shropshire Chamber Of Commerce expected once a season. They had a bonus when we got drawn in the FA Cup. Yep, we really bossed it t Shresbury. Right up until they moved to the ground with 'no corners'.. Bossed it! The famous Michael Proctor 'Shrowssbury' goal.. Lee Jones..... Happy days...Can't wait! Expecting to play us again in 3 seasons? And what do you base that comment on seeing as you have been trying and failed to get out of the pub league for the last 11 (eleven) years? We may have no corners filled in but neither do we have a dilapidated former stand with " danger keep out" signs all over it.

BREAKING NEWS!!!
Gateshead 0, AFC Fylde 1.
FYLDE GO ABOVE WREXHAM IN THE LIVE TABLE. WREXHAM FALL AWAY TO 5TH. More worryingly, Orient are losing 2-1 against Eastleigh. Having to rearrange the Bromley and Eastleigh games because of the F.A. Tinpot Trophy may well have caused their wheels to fall off. They lost the 1st one, and are losing the 2nd.

They must be a frayed, very a frayed. We now need Wrexham to drop to 6th so that they have to play the 5th placed team away from home in the playoffs. Harrogate will somehow have to get into 5th place. However, that's a big ask as they still have to play both Orient and Wrexham away and have 4 points to make up in 4 games. Looks like Wrexham may well be playing Harrogate twice then.

Well well well..
What excitement for the usual suspects? Working out OUR play-off chances permutations? Who'se going to beat who. Who'se going to do this etc Are you ketamine or something? Memory loss? Said it before...I don't take a play-off place for granted. Not with our team/spirit etc. Say it again. I don't 'expect' much if we reach the play-offs. We don't deserve to go up in a poor League. 4 games to go...and your top goal-scorer has 6 flipin' goals? Say's it all. What do you want? A picture with a signed confession from fans a few leagues below you but, with better crowds, saying 'we're not good enough'? There's more bitter here welling up than at the Tadcaster brewery in Yorkshire. People taking out their own club's disastrous season on the 'Romantic club' up the road. Sour grapes.
Concentrate on your own flipin' club. Look how bad you are this season compared to promotion hard-lucks last campaign. Chat to the Wxm fans in work...ask them what it's like to win at Wembley. Reach the Q.F's of the European Cup Winners' Cup? Been known on telly as the Cup Giantkillers etc
Chester 0-6 (Six) Hereford
Neither of our season is as bad as Chester's. Their fans must be destroyed. Out of the Cheshire Cup again. no-mans-land in the league, nothing to play for, crumbling stadium, cash-strapped, problems with traffic lights at the top of Bumpers Lane.. Gutted!
Does anyone know the extended forecast for Puerto Rico Marina Suites in Gran Canaria for the next three weeks?

You keep talking about us compared to where we were this time last season. Last season was the perfect storm, it happens sometimes, just ask Leicester. We have almost a completely different squad and managerial set up so despite it clearly being dissapointing to be fighting relegation the following season it’s hardly a huge surprise after the players we lost.
You can’t continue this ‘your failures this season outweighs ours’ bulls**t forever, you’ve been in non league for longer then anyone can even remember, so coming on here bleating about another clubs failures is a little rich.
P.s it’s still funny to laugh about Chester every now and then.

We're both cynical and philosophical about our predicament. And fans are demanding, quite rightly, a look at our board, the management choices etc etc We're chilled. Seen it all before. The support is unquestionable. Management choices ...questionable. You might be joining us...rather than us joining you

In what fantasy land
A) do Wrexham get better crowds than we do?
and
B) are there any Wrexham fans at anyone's work around here?
I work with people from across the country. Never met or heard of a single Wrexham fan in any of our offices (and we hace them across the UK, including Wales). Know of several Salop fans though.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's pretty sad when a Wrexham fan has nothing better to do than come on our board to belittle Chester FC.
I thought non league clubs were supposed to stick together?
Ps Notorious
Chester actually lost to Stockport not Hereford.

What is Welsh for crap - is it Wrecsam?

He wrote for weeks and weeks "you then sacked Askeys after 5 wins in 6" despite being told about 30 times it wasn't true. Wouldn't surprise me if he got the wrong division, never mind the wrong team!

You know when our Wrecsam resident is struggling when he goes all nostalgic, harping on about winning in Europe, winning at Wembley and then imaginary tales of taking over Shrewsbury.
But despite all his bizarre, drunken, midnight rants and the meltdown's on Red Passion, I still like his insistence of 'we're chilled'.

Well well well
After last season's near miss and customary trip home from Wembley with...NOTHING ...quite of you had a few quid on Shrewsbury getting promoted?
If you haven't already....
Now is the time for all Shrerws fans to to take those slips out of their wallets, hidden behind a teapot, in between a book etc.....
and throw the slip in the paper recycle bin.
