From Wigan" "Shrewsbury scored a last minute goal and looking like another 1-0 scratchy win to take them back to the top of the league." Keep scratching that itch Wigan... keep scratching. It ain't going away! Perhaps they should check the BBC stats as (if they are accurate) they will see we were more dominant statistically than they were today. More possession, more shots on target, more corners, less shots against, less corners against, less fouls committed

It ain't going away! Bitter sentiments from Wigan. Makes it all the more satisfying that they are being denied top spot by us.

Toto was outstanding today, he really is a gem of a player.
Fleetwood didn't look any danger at all and seemed happy with a point. I'm thinking teams are very cautious about throwing players forward against us as our counter attacking is a major threat.
Sadler did well along Toto, thought Ogogo was his usual self and kept everything ticking over.
Just hoping Brown's injury isn't too serious, it's the one place in the squad where we do lack cover. Beckles seemed comfortable there though.
Peterborough away next, they have scored a lot but also conceded a lot too, should be an interesting game.

not surprisingly the strong winds had an impact on the game fleetwood came to stifle us and hope to score on the break ,today we ground out a result. , Henderson fast reaction saved us in the first half. whilst whalley worked hard far too many of his crosses and passes went astray. a source of concern is brown injury he looked to have twisted something and appeared to be in a lot of pain , just as if it looked as if we were heading for a draw a phenomenal header from Toto gave us a valuable three points . town have to learn how to break down teams who come to play negatively and this is work in progress . i hope Browns injury is not as serious as it looked. we have finally beaten fleetwood so that is nice.

I’ve no idea who filmed this but it’s quite simply awesome - what a legend Henderson is becoming

In some ways, this win is more satisfying than Tuesday.
When you beat a team that time-waste, cheat, put 11 men behind the ball and do not even look like testing the keeper - ala Fleetwood - then it's awesome. When it's a late goal, then it's all the sweeter.
Enjoy this evening, Mr Rosler - I bet his face was a picture when big Toto's header hit the net.

Henderson dived into the crowd when we scored.
The only dive he had to make all game.
We fully deserved the win based on the second 45 alone, well done lads for keeping at and keeping to our principles.
The highlight for me was the Fleetwood bench moaning about our time wasting during the 92nd minute.
Hilarious.
Hope Junior is ok.

By far the most satisfying win of the season .... because fleetwood are a good, well drilled side , and makes it even more sweeter that they were wasting time from the word go. It's also nice to see that other players can just come on and change position seamlessly. Thought beckles just slotted into the game like he'd been left back all season , and John Lewis (even in 5 minutes) was excellent with his hold up play and give us another dimension . Onto Peterborough now , who haven't won for a while. Should suit us with their attacking style .

10 points clear of 3rd spot with a superior goal difference (when have Town ever had a 'superior' goal difference)?!
Todays win is just as enjoyable as Tuesdays.
I only hope that JB's injury isnt too bad, but sadly I suspect it is.
Full of optimism for the remainder of the season.

Thought Fleetwood's approach to the game was poor. Sit back and defend, o.k. I can go with that, but the amount of time- wasting from the first whistle was disgusting. In the end they got what they deserved...S.F.A.
Must mention the support for the team from the much maligned Block 19. From first to last they never stopped singing, chanting and driving the lads on. Absolutely brilliant. I sit in Block 17, and the singing et al started to spread to us, so well done 19, very impressive.

Boring, boring Fleetwood. If you want to play like that it's your business, but don't whinge when it backfires.

Very worried about Brown's injury.
The fact that the number 3 shirt isn't filled suggests that PH was anticipating someone coming in as LB cover, but it never happened.
So, if Brown isn't fit for next Saturday we seem to have 3 options.
1. Play Beckles at LB. 2. Play Riley at LB. 3. Play Sadler at LB and Beckles at CH.
Personally, I'd go for option 1, even though Beckles is primarily a CH.

i agree with you northwestman i personally think Sadler is a much better center half than left back. we will miss brown attacking contributions let us hope it is not too serious

Rosler's post-match here: Don’t even want to listen to Rosler. No doubt just another ungracious tw@t telling everyone how lucky we are and we are not really that good. Yawnnnnnnn and that goes for most league 1 managers we have faced so far.

Fleetwood got exactly what they deserved nothing Set up for a point from the start time wasted from the kick off created nothing played ten men behind the ball. What a treat to see that late goal to go in. Fleetwood midtable team with midtable ideas. They will get found out they did today Why bother turning up if you're going to be so negative Good manager they might have Good result they don't have

Fleetwood were a bunch of cloggers, cheered on by a handful of supporters.
They were not a dirty side as such, but their systematic timewasting was glaringly obvious and continued from the first whistle until the last. How their ehouse goalkeeper Alex Cairns wasn't booked for his efforts is beyond me. Up yours, Rösler.
The winning goal, incidentally, was a rather special moment. I cannot recall a last minute winner where the ball seemed to hang in the air to such an extent, before looping into the onion bag. Roy of the Rovers stuff!
Credit to Blocks 18 and 19 who gave it some welly throughout. There seemed to be a fair bit of bouncing, colour and continental-style chanting. Good to see, and here's hoping that the rest of the stadium joins in in due course.
