When people say it goes live officially today, how is this any different to yesterday? no, it was open yesterday, but official media launch today. Same link and pot of money.

Enjoyable evening. If I learned one thing, it's that I'll never get bored of that "It's Jemson!" clip.

£6,940 now.
Was expecting it to build quicker than this.

It says that there has been 100 donations to date and we are at 9% of the target. I see some of those who dated have £0 against there name.

How much has Wycherley pledged so far? Be fair. He has far more pressing matters to attend to at the moment. Like how can ssshrew's toilet seat also be crowdfunded?

I know it's early days but is the current level exactly what was expected? Huge amount left to raise and if anything, surely the 'buzz' will die down?

Ditto... Surely should be higher?
I presume Roland will top it up?

No panic yet.... lots of activity behind the sceans to be done... its a marathon not a sprint. Let's hope so. Roughly needs £10,000 a week for the next 6 weeks to get there. Tall order.

Hopefully there is something n place to heavily promote this at all the games that are on this weekend - especially towns.
I also wonder how many fans are still to follow up with actual cash after indicating a pledge via tje survey that was circulated.

I wouldn't panic if you were at Tuesdays launch the bloke from the crowd funding said they stagger the releases and there was a big one due over the weekend to members of the football supporters federation. apparently they will also be adding other rewards over the duration of the funding which will encourage specific clubs fans to contribute.

Have promoted on social media as I really miss standing at football. If you were brought up doing it then you do really miss it and if you are one of the generation never to have experienced it then there is something special waiting for you in the near future! Great initiative

What happened with this yesterday? I was expecting some bucket shaking and a full on promotion. Instead there was nothing - zilch.
Surely, a 'pound for safe standing' coin boxes in the concourses may well have generated £500 yesterday and multiply that by 23 home games + cup games = approx 24 (!) = 12k!
Unless of course, I missed it completely?

Is there any reason for the deadline being relatively short?
The crowdfunding campaign for the leisure centre in Bishops Castle has raised £70,000 but that was over about 6 months and included a range of community fundraisers which contributed to the funds and kept interest going in the campaign

Nothing....

I was on the look out for buckets or collection points. Nothing.... Think we may need to do this before the Rochdale game, not everyone is comfortable with sending payments online... dissapointed only two businesses have donated £1,500 so far (Ferco and Nick's), would any of the current club sponsors/'partners' be prepared to help? Also I wonder if the Super Blues/OSC have anything in their kitty, guess everyone who wants this to happen may have to dig a little deep...

I was on the look out for buckets or collection points. Nothing.... that thought had crossed my mind on Saturday. For anyone who may not be wishing to donate online - but you could happily chip in a few pounds. Fanzone, or in the stands - i would think you could get some money chipped into buckets.

Anyone know what happens if/when the 75k isn't hit by September 12th ? Good question. It does look rather a long way off doesn't it. I gather the whole thing will be called off...unless someone who has a fair bit comes in to make the difference.

I gather the whole thing will be called off...unless someone who has a fair bit comes in to make the difference. And what would then happen to the money already collected? Perhaps ssshrew might finally have her toilet seat paid for. She was expecting it to have to be crowdfunded anyway!

Am I alone in wondering why this has to be crowd funded with no apparent support from the club?

It's a local based business so am sure RW can come up with a deal for any shortfalls...

At the present rate of donation over the past 5 days it will still be short of the target this time next year.

Loving the positivity...... Tifosy are working on stuff all the time both for our fans and as you have seen today fans from around the country. From feedback we have had the project has started very positively and all we can ask is that everyone plugs the project, tells friends, promotes it among their businesses etc. If you want to offer a reward for crowd funding or your business does please pm me, also if you have any ideas we can run with as fans again please get in touch.
We aren't even discussing not raising the money, this takes as long as it takes but ideally we want to get there asap. We haven't yet approached any club sponsors or businesses who support the club as Richard has left and Andy is away until this week.
Like I say all we ask is fans get out there push on other message boards and do what they can to help us get there.
Cheers
Mike o
