Quinn aims for rapid return By Mark Venables SHREWSBURY Town are one match away from a unique return to the Football League, a year after relegation. The road back has been a hard one for teams relegated to the Nationwide Conference. Of the eight clubs demoted in the past ten years, only Doncaster Rovers and Chester City have made it, both at the fourth time of asking. But the arrival of Jimmy Quinn, the former Northern Ireland international, as manager in the summer transformed the Shropshire club, his astute signing of Darren Tinson, Martyn O’Connor, Scott Howie and Duane Darby laying the foundations for a campaign that yielded a third-place finish and a play-off place. On last nights 'A Question of Sport' they had Banim's goal v Leigh at the meadow on 'what happened next'
They didn't get it.
