I've had two good signs this morning! I'm looking for a third!
(1) On the way to work this morning, where you can go off the East Lancs Road on to the M6- there was a big truck in front of me- Edwards - from Shropshire.
(2) I've been making a Blue and Amber hat. Now the last time I made anything for a match- it was the "Happy Birthday Jimmy" banner for the Leigh away match. I'd got my old sewing machine out- and it wouldn't work, so I had to sew two edges of this big piece of an old sheet by hand. (Two were already sewn- 'coz it was cut out of an old sheet!)
Anyway- I didn't fancy the idea of hand-sewing a hat- it was quite tricky to work out, anyway. I got my old sewing machine out- AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY!!! (and that's really strange because nobody's tried to put it right!)
Do you know- I'm glad I did those boring old sewing lessons at my school, ages ago!
Downside- the material has probably cost me as much as a ready made hat would cost!! I've got enough to make something else, later, though! How much are hats at The Clubshop?
So- it's a good sign!

Yes!!! Another two signs! Mr Wiggy was watching T.V.- I was in the kitchen- and I heard "The Mighty Quinn" being played. It's my "girls night out"- I was in the Pub- and they played "The Only Way is Up!" (which is my signature, on my posts- I like it because it's true isn't it? The only way IS up!) (I'm slightly drunk and I'd better go to bed- I keep hitting the wrong keys! )
