i hardly ever play footy of late - got it first last summer, didnt start playing till about 2 months ago once or twice a week and then suddenly after one day playing i ouldnt walk 200 yards without my ankles and shin bone really hurting, the bloody hill into shrews town centre killed me everyday!
ive rested for about 3 weeks from footy so hopefully will last most the match
