Duncan, sorry mate I didn't see you! Ty got a phone call saying you'd seen us drive past. I'd have stopped if I'd realised, honest! Happened to me twice before, I was once towed all the way home from Torquay after car failed to start. I also broke down on the M40 on the way to Luton once and break-down people took three hours to get to me. Needless to say, I missed the game!!
Journey from hell getting home last night. Took forever to get to the M25 then the M1 and M6 were littered with a mixture of roadworks and lorries jack-knifed across the carriageway. You do not expect to be in a two mile traffic jam at 12.15 in the morning!!!
PS, Why wasn't Luke on the team bus?

Fairplay to Lukey Rodgers How many other professional footballer do ya reckon would stop to help out a fan How did he know you were a Town fan? Or did he just stop because he saw someone had broken down? Who says community service doesnt work?

I feel guilty, we were having a conversation before the game saying hope you don't break down Will buy you a pint sometime Duncan Don't worry about anything like that Martin, if this kind of thing arises again i'll be more than happy to look after the exiles again,it was well organised and i was pleased to help, although i knew most of the folks that i gave tickets out to, those people are the ones that have followed the "Town" home and away from great distances, and those fans deserved the tickets before the general public got there hands on them
