All As part of a new feature on B and A, to make use of the excellent "Ask the Club" feature STFC run, and to get all those nagging questions or even good suggestions to the club, this new thread has been established. Almost every week a new idea or a valid question is raised on various threads on B and A which would be better directed to the club so they could consider or provide an answer. Over a period of every couple of weeks questions will be collated, from the questions raised by members of B and A and discussion on the board in general and sent to the club. I will send them as you need a valid email address to contact the club. However for anyone who has more pressing questions that they would like answered directly, then the link below provides details of how you can contact the club, but feel free to let us know the questions you may have asked. This sort of thing benefits the club and the fans. The club are able to deal directly with the concerns of fans and head off mis-information and rumours which can be unsettling to staff and management. Us as fans are able to get greater interaction with the club, and get a better understanding of the decision making process, and point the club in the direction in which they could work better for the fans. All about customer service. Remember there are also legal ramifications of some questions, so clearly the club will not give direct and clear answers to everything, questions about transfer deals, contracts, and detailed finance information are likely to get standard responses, but if you still want to put them forward as questions you can. Lastly, lets not use this wholly as a place to beat the club, there are plenty of good ideas on B and A (eg fans asking if mobile food sellers can be used to negate the congestion at the buffets at half time, or ways of boosing the fan base in the run in….) and if you have one and want to put it forward as a question as to why the club cant do it then please do. Hopefully you will see how it evolves over the weeks and the kind of responses we get. Also after questions have been added to the list, your posts will be deleted so that this thread is an easy resource to manage, and you can find out information rapidly. For direct questions, and the answers to recent questions the link is below; www.shrewsburytown.com/page/QuestionsToTheClub/0,,10443,00.html

Question Set 1 - 28th March - 8th April
Questions
1)There was some debate as to if we had or had not sorted any compensation from Motherwell for Chris Humphires following his move. As its been some time since an update on this, are STFC still pursuing this with Motherwell or have theclub had to settle for no transfer fee for Chirs?
2)Will the football club be capitalising on the good league position the club finds itself in this season and attempt to increase the crowds over the last four home games? Surely this was the time to encourage residents of Shrewsbury and Shropshire who are not regular fans to get down the ground and possibly witness a promotion season which may get them hooked? Are there any promotions scheduled over the last weeks of the season?
3) Following AFC Telford United’s withdrawal of from the Shropshire Senior cup, will STFC pull out of the competition which has to be played in April, as surely this may distract the club from more important matters in the league?
4) Following the issues with the quality of the initial batches of STFC home and away shirts this season (with numerous shirts returned as faulty, because stitching, or problems with the badge) will next seasons shirt be undergoing more rigours testing, and have lessons been learned from this seasons issues?
5) Why is it that none of the concourse food sales areas can sell chips?
6) Are the club aware of the continuing problems TV signal problems with the main TV in the west stand by the buffets. As the most used TV in that stand it is becoming very frustrating to trying to make out the picture through a veil of haze! In addition the TV under block 18/19 has not been working for weeks. Will this be fixed anytime soon?
7) Another question related to the TV’s. When the grounded was being developed it was indicated that the TVs around the ground would be showing STFC related content and live match feeds. This clearly never came to fruition and it was never explained why. However with the increasing problems with queuing at the buffets (west stand) a live feed would be useful for fans missing parts of the game while queuing. Can or will a live feed to TVs in the ground be implemented?
8) Despite the best endeavours of the club and council to stop people climbing over the wooden fences off Otley Road to access the most direct route to the back of the west stand, many fans each game (day and night) still choose this method of access/egress from the ground as it’s the most direct. The fence has over the course of the season been slow falling into a state of disrepair, and many of the wooden slats are now broken. Do the club feel like repairing this fence (which as time goes on will become more of danger as it becomes looser) is their responsibility?
9) Maintenance of the Toilets – Its been noted by a lot of users in the West Stand that the toilet facilities are becoming more used and dirty as time goes by. Limescale is a particular problem and its building up to quite a think layer. Will the club be addressing this issue of Limescale and the state of the loos. It would appear that the worst place for this problem is the West Stand under block 14
10) Calling the football Club – Why cant the main reception forward calls to the ticket office, something which is standard practice in business but not at Shrewsbury Town. Surely this would help fans and stop them having to phone back at additional cost?
Also are the costs to call the ticket office more than to phone the reception or are they the same rate?
11) Are there any contingences in place to give more seats to STFC fans in the last couple of games this season if were still heading for automatic promotion (Its unlikely Oxford or Accrington or Stockport will sell out the North Stand)?
Ideas
1) Solutions to congestion of concourses for the Buffet/Bar
Many fans only go to the buffest for hot drinks and chocolate/crisps, which takes up queuing space. Why cant several vending machines on wheels not be purchased and then wheeled out into the corners of the ground at half time (or installed permanently under some shelter or in the concourse) to try and alleviate queuing pressures and get more people served for hot food in enough time to get back to seat before game restarts. This is something you see at plenty of other football clubs throughout the divisions.
2) Senior Management Team to Experience a Day as Fan
One idea raised by the B and A members was that in a move of solidarity, that Chairman and Senior Management team experience the match day as a regular fan might. This may give the team a view of the match day experience and promote good discussion and generate ideas. Many business leaders use a “day on the shop floor” to learn more about customer satisfaction and levels of service. Its fair to say that the match day experience varies around the ground from the family stand, Sovereign Club, South Stand and West Stand.
If the management team were to for a night game;
1) Drive to the game but not park at the ground, simply find their own parking locally; 2) Have a pint in the busy brooklands; 3) Walk via Sainsbury’s to the ground; 4) Walk around the ground to the power bar and queue 6 deep for another drink; 5) Sit in the west stand during the game; 6) Queue for some refreshments and half time, use the toilets; and 7) After the game leave via the back gate and walk back to car.

Question Set 2 - 9th April - 19th May
These Questions have now been answered by the club and the vid is avaliable on the STFC Website....However I have put in a short review of the answers.... Answers are in RED
1) Season Tickets
Having spent over an hour re-ordering 13 season tickets, at a very reasonable price, is it not possible to just include a renewal voucher in the back of the season ticket, this could then be handed in and scanned by the staff and the need for a long waits while the operatives at the ticket office look up the details of several names and addresses would be gone. This would make the whole renewals system quicker and more efficient?
This is always something they look to improve. The club are happy with the ticket system as it is. Cost of changeing to a system that uses a scanner for voutchers in the booklets would be an issue at present. If we go up and keep going up they would look at improving the efficencey of the systems
As for coming to the club twice for tickets (renew and pick up) being an issue for exciles, this is a valid point and something that the club will look to address next season. This season was complicated by the sponsors chaging on the back of the ST booklets. Fans will get books this season Club understands that these things need to be looked at more efficiently
2) Drinks Shelves
Can a shelf or shelves be provided on the back wall of the west stand (and other stands as appropriate) for people to use for their food and drinks instead of them having to use the floors? There is a shelf on the wall directly in front of the buffet which means that people congregate in an already crowded area. If this could be extended along the whole of the stand then the issues with congestion in that area could be relived somewhat. The congestion issue is also not helped by the ongoing issues with the broken TV’s.
The club agree, more shelf’s is a good point…. The area in the west stand is limited and there looking at it at the moment. Works ongoing that the TVs in better order by first game of the season
3) Season Tickets – 2
Why was information regarding season ticket renewals not sent out by post?
Not everyone has the internet or buys a programmes and I know of two fans who missed the early bird offer and are now debating renewing at all because of it!
Club said that in 2011 they are confident that they can target 99.9% of there customers via other modes other than the post (net, paper, email shots, programmes)
Club also stated that the cost of postage of such a post shot would be around £1,500, which would come out of the club and effect other budgets... would that be worth it?
Lastly, the club stated that it was a Myth anyone misses out on the ealry deals for season tickets. If it becomes apparent that people have the club do and have done there best to help fans get the best deal.
4) Car Parking/Retail Park
Can't we come to some sort of compromise with Sainsbury’s and others on the retail park, to have some car park spaces allotted to S.T.F.C. fans. Maybe along the lines of, spend £30 and get a voucher for a car parking space for the duration of the match and half and hour either side. The amount of empty spaces on the retail park at times is quite considerable, going to waste in my view. Obviously the spaces would have to be allotted to a set number, sold on a first come first served basis, and be available on a match to match basis. Is this an idea worth investigating to assist fans in getting close to the ground to park?
For the Elton John Concert the club were allowed to, but this was as it was a Sunday. However on Sat afternoon and evening the places at the retail park are open, and as such more difficult to achieve. Cant happen.
5) Club Shop Layout
Is the layout of the club shop helpful to people who want to look around? When I take my daughter in there on match days we cannot look at anything properly because a. we can't get in the door properly because of people standing paying at the desk and b. the queue often snakes around the shop.
Club shop is what it is a small outlet, and governed by the size… Its does get crowed. However the club reminded fans they have online shop and the shop is open on normal working hours throught the week so fans have the chance to come when you can if its busy on a Saturday.
6) Oxford Game
Like many regular fans I was left discussed by the action of the moronic idiots who ran on the pitch and started fighting on the last day of the season. I was also alarmed to see these people let off on the day scot free, standing outside the back of the West Stand after the game. Will the club confirm that the police have been brought into deal with these issues and make charges where appropriate, with the use of the clubs CCTV?
Will the club also be reviewing the security arrangements for big games, and sell out games, to most fans it’s seemed that the level of stewarding on the day was very poor and not sufficient to deal with the troublemakers from both clubs. Surely the cost of additional security or the police on such days is worth it to stop STFC looking like a haven for hooligans on national TV?
Club had already issued a statement on the trouble at the Oxford game which should be refferenced. However it was added that...
Club were very disappointing. Lots happen behind the scenes, the club look at CCTV, there is an issue regarding police costs, and all about budgets, as each time the police on site, it costs the club.
If the FA get involved and the club cant answer why things yet happened, there will be fines, however as yet the club have had no fines. To avoid fines there were five bans issued last season.
Hopes all fans will keep to the rules and stay off pitch.
The fence has helped and the gates closed at the end. This has really helped the security of the stewards and other staff who should also be protected.
7) Shropshire Star
What is the clubs relationship like these days with the Shropshire Star?
Relationship is fine. Very good for a long time and the interest and coverage of the paper is appreciated.
8) Community Work
Home games are rarely sold out currently (other than this recent end of season run), so I'm keen to know if the Club have any plans to encourage higher attendances. Clearly on pitch success helps, however, does the Club have any plans to incentivise potential fans? I understand the Club already have a community engagement plan, but areas I have thought of include: local volunteer groups; 'exile' fans who are part of a recognised group or club; schools and colleges from the wider area; and hospitals and local armed forces units.
Martin James stated that it was his remit to get everyone in from wider community, youth and schools get a large party rate. Block one can be rammed with kids and parents – all related to the community initiatives, all groups whoever. Want to bring live footy to everyone. Will continue with this and there are new ideas to come this season
9) Chris Humphries
What is the latest position on STFCs appraoch to getting a fee for Chris following his move to Scotland.
The resoloution was that the club got nothing for chris, very disappointing. Lots of time and effort went into resolving the situation, and the club were VERY dissapointied with the final result.
10)Elton John Concert - 2
Why could the club undertake several different appraoahcs to sales of goods to concert goers denied to the match day fans?
Its different licenceing authority for football and concerts, and the football one is VERY strickt and as such many of the things done at the concert cant be done on match days. Also the safty advisory group also very strict. For concert, we extended the food beverage licence untill later in the evening, one example of the changes required, but only for one day.
The club have however put in extra bottle bar in the west stand for next season however as it was thought this would work well and help with congestion. The club are looking forward to seeing how that will work.
Also for east stand and possible the south stand the bottle tops rules will be relaxed. Issue with the tops is that they dont want the bottles being chicked with liquid in… there have been incidences (Vale at home) which were bad for club… but its being looked at and relaxed. Unlikely in West and away stand at this time. But this is an ongoing change this season, and may revert back to how it was. Give and take. Concernt and footbal games are not the same, for the concernt the ground was a VENUE not a STADIUM

Other Questions That Have Been Answered Out Side of the Question Sets1st May 2011Jake Robinson Has it been confirmed weather Jake will be an STFC or Torquay United Player in the playoffs. Its been confirmed that he will be a Torquay player for the Playoffs. Post is on Shrewschat
www.shrewschat.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=518615th May 2011Oxford Game TroubleWhat is the club policy on the ejection of spectators who encroach on the pitch? At the Oxford game numerous spectators entered the field of play yet were not arrested as per the law. Why did the players come back for a lap of applause after the Oxford game after repeated announcements saying they wouldn't if anyone entered the field if play. Surely this encourages fans knowing the club won't go through with any threats made? Firstly it is not a condition of Law that persons entering a field of play are mandatory arrested, however we can obtain the details from the persons encroaching onto his pitch area and we can hand those over to the Police and request a banning order – There are obvious limitations with this – we can also hand people over to the police on ejection providing we have Police authorise on our stadium footprint – Which we did not have at the end of this game so the only option we have is to eject from the stadium footprint.
I apologise if one of our stewards was rude in fact this was brought to my attention and was spoken about in the de briefing of the match.
Regarding the players coming back on to the pitch – Our aim of the day was for everybody to enjoy themselves regardless of the result of the day – Whilst there were limited pitch incursions they were soon removed and most were ejected 1 of which was reported to the Police – this will lead to a banning order being issued.
I think it was only fair and in considering the balance of the day it was appropriate for us to allow the players back onto the pitch so the majority of supporters had the opportunity to see the players whilst the Minority were being dealt with.
The Control room on days like these are a highly responsive area – we are able to evaluate all happenings within and outside the stadium and we have to prioritise in order the incidents that are taking place – however the main objective of the Control room is to keep all supporters safe in a controlled environment it is just a shame that some of own supporters let themselves down badly which does not help anybody least of all the football club as it could be subjected to a fine with incidents like these.3rd August 2011Joe Jacobson Is Joe Jacobson suspended for the first three games of the season as he was sent off for Accrington in the Stevenage Play Off game which was their last game of the season. Club have confirmed that he is suspended for three games at the start of the season. Loyalty Points ChangesWhy have the club gone back on their word and wiped out loyalty points totals? An article on the website (still on the website) claimed they would accumulate over seasons. If there has been a change what has this not been communicated to the fans? Questions to the Club – 3 (Resent - 12th September)
Pre Match Music/Goal Music
Many fans agree the goal music at the ground is pretty poor and adds no atmosphere to the ground as a whole. Is there any chance next season the club can change it to something that is much more football and create a better atmosphere such as samba de janeiro's chorus?
What are the thoughts on goal music at the club currently, we know that many of the people at the club who pushed for it have moved on over recent seasons, and it really does not add anything as the tannoy system is still not loud enough for it to be heard. Would the team, and staff at the club not rather here the loud cheers of the fans for each goal rather than some tacky music?
Block 19 – Leak in the Roof
I emailed the club after the Torquay game pointing out that there is one hell of a leak above the back row of block 19 around seat 10, if its raining or has rained and your sitting there you best be ready for a soaking. Unfortunately I did not receive a reply and as such have now attempted to get the issues to the club again via this Q and A. Even worse the roof was still in the same state for the Pre season games and had not been repaired. Can the club please let fans in that are know they are aware of the issue and that it will be fixed as soon as possible, and certainly before the Autum when the rain becomes more common?
DVD Highlights Part 2
I enjoyed the part one of the season highlights DVD last season, when is part two being released?
Directional Signs to the Shirehall
As the signs for the STFC parking (park and ride) all point towards the Shirehall will these now be changed? Following the recent changes to the Travel Plan Park and Ride buses will only serve this site for “High Profile Games”. This presents a significantly misleading signage scheme for opposing fans each week, where they could arrive at Shirehall just to find no park and ride buses and no way of getting to the ground (other than randomly asking people how to get a local bus, which run a very low frequency, especially for evening games (45 mins between buses). Fans arriving late have little choice therefore to park locally and increase problems with fly parking which the club are striving to stop.
Travel Plan Changes – Question on behalf of users of P and R on Blue and Amber Messageboard
Are the club satisfied that for the cost savings on scaling back the TP this season that fans needs are met by the remaining services, and do they understand negative the impact on the match day experience this will have for some fans (ie more delay, queues and faffing to get to the game in sustainable ways)
Cash Turnstile
Why don't the club do more to attract the casual fan by operating maybe one cash turnstile on a matchday and remove the increase in prices of tickets bought on the day?
Stadium Maintenance
Once again fans attending the pre season games have been commenting on the increasingly shabby stated of the Greenhous Meadow. The steel work of the stadium is starting to rust noticeably, the concourses and toilets look shabby, and there are many places outside the football ground where cigarette butts and litter is starting to gather.
There is a real danger that a football stadium to be proud of could start to look run down, after only 4 to 5 years.
What is the ongoing maintenance schedule at the football club, and will the club be addressing the rust, litter and concourse issues?
If assistance is required if the football club can make arrangements for the work to be done, I’m sure assistance from the fan base can be provided.
Finally when a company sponsors the stadium is an element of the sponsorship money ring fenced to assist with the ongoing maintenance of the stadium.
Online Club Shops Update
Its been noted that the online club shop took a week to update its site with the new STFC home kit.
Is this something the club will be looking to address next time a kit is launched so that fans can purchase the kit online and at the shop on the same day?
Super Blues Way
There has been lots of discussion on the ownership of the Superblues Way over recent seasons. I believe it was established that that STFC did now own or feel that they needed to undertaken maintenance on the route. It was discovered that the path is owned by National Rail (the owners of the railways). However in the preseason games fans were commenting on the path having become over grown from brambles off the railway line. Some commented it was the worse they had ever seen. Are the club satisfied that they can allow the situation of fans potential getting tripped or cut getting to and from games at the start of the season and pre season next year?
In the end we understand that this was resolved this season with the help of fans, and the club which is a positive, but surely for the small cost to got and sort it out, and show fans you care this should be something the football club address during the summer, and before preseason next season.
Changes to Block 19/8
Now blocks 19 and 8 are allocated seating areas, can season tickets be bought or transferred to seats in those blocks?
Season Ticket Offers
Given the on average the stadium is only 60% full on match days, will the Club actively consider a Season Ticket offer/promotion for the 2012-13 season similar to that done by Hartlepool United this season? This has seen over 5,700 season tickets sold, some 3,000 more than their average home attendance over the 2010-11 season.
NO Smoking?
What efforts are in place and when will the Club enforce the "no smoking" ban in front and around the Reception Area please ? In particular the bricked areas that fans have paid good money for but which now resembles a large ashtray. I have mentioned to Club officials that misleading " designated smoking area" signage forms part of the problem.
Are the club happy that something that fans contributed to is starting look so shabby?
Unallocated Seating Areas
Is there a specific reason why block 19 has reverted to allocated seating?
Also why cant you stand in the stairwell next to block 18 is this health and safety or just a club policy thing? These regulations just dilute the atmosphere and are particularly frustrating if it isn’t possible to get a seat towards the top of the stand and are forced to sit at the front.
Half Time Entertainment/Young Fans
Why did the club not plan to improve the match day experience for the new season especially for families rather than have no half time entertainment? - were supposed to be a family club? It seems that following winning family club of the season two years in a row the impetus in this area has faded away. Half time now consists of a draw, and an old town player who’s allowed to say two words before Ryan goes on with the “announcements”. Do the club really think that the younger fans find this in the slightest bit interesting?
Years ago, we used have part time penalty shoot outs, something the fans could really get behind, and they do it at plenty of other grounds too, even the cross bar/shed challenge was something. Really this season for the children it’s very poor, and it’s not a shock to see the family attendances down on the last few years.
Jenny Catering Prices
Are the Club aware of the pricing in Jennys Catering? Whilst money must obviously be made I amongst others will no longer purchase items from the establishment due to cost.
As a point of note I was in London last week drinking coffee at a Costa (Near St Pauls) and in Euston Station both venues served proper coffee at cheaper prices than Jennys. I have also been to several away games over the last few seasons and early this season and found much the same thing, our prices are now expensive compared to other football venues.
Gold Bond Draw Issues
I subscribe to the STFC e-newsletter. This contains an advert encouraging me to join the Gold Bond Draw, promoted by Blackpool FC Development Association.
I would like to ask the following questions:
1. Can the Club confirm that less than a quarter of money staked is returned as prize money (24p in the £1)?
2. If I sign up by Direct Debit, does the Club receive 65p in the £1?
3. Why does the Club not publish a weekly list of prize winners (the last published list was for 17 January 2011)?
4. Why unlike the old “On The Move” lottery which showed winners from across Shropshire, is no location information supplied?
5. How many STFC contributors to the Gold Bond Draw have won prizes of £200 or more in the last year?
6. Will the Club review its involvement with the Gold Bond Draw and consider returning to a more 'punter-friendly' 50:50 lottery scheme?
I look forward to detailed answers to my questions above with interest.
Golden Gamble Draw Issues
Have the club changed the 50/50 share of the prize fund as prizes seem to be very low this year.
I appreciate that although a number in say 1400's could win this does not equate to 1400 sales / £700 as someone may not sell their books. however, seems a little strange that higher gates have equated to lower GG prizes.
Since this question has been raised back in August, I’m now aware that the club have been taking “expenses” costs out of the draw recently, but if this is the case should the name be changed as this is clearly now not a 50/50 draw and the club are being less than honest with the fans. Some clarity on what exactly the expenses amount to and the take of a standard match day on the draw is like would be very useful. A description of the costs, takings and prize fund would be informative for all fans.
Green Gate Open/Close Times
Why was 'the green gate' locked at 3.05 for the Plymouth game meaning late arrivals had to walk all the way round the ground after finding it locked?
Also a simple issue that could be done here, is to get a small sign printed that could be hung up or placed somewhere at the back of the corner of the East/North Stand stating when the gate is closeed or not so that people can see in advance?
Stewarding/Policing Arrangements
In light of the antics in the away end every time a team brings a large following of recent times (Hereford, Port Vale, Oxford, Plymouth), is the club satisfied that it's match day involving stewarding and segregation are sufficient?
Clearly the first test this season was Hereford, which was unusually poorly attended from Hereford (rail strike), and the arrangements seemed more organised. Have the club made any significant changes from last season to this season?
Additional Stewarding Questions/Attendance
With the last three high profile game there has been crowd disturbances that the stewards have struggled to cope with which has caused some fans especially families to decide not to attend - (Family stand only a little over half full against Plymouth and over 300 less town fans than 1st game last season)
If not the trouble being a factor that’s put fans and families off attending this season (despite the great form and cup results) what do the club put it down to in the disappointing attendances at home this season compared to recent years? Also why did the stewards allow the Plymouth fans to openly drink and smoke and enter the playing area and abuse stewards without taking any worthwhile action except containment? - One lone steward did attempt to talk to them only to be jostled and have his hat taken and received little support and no action taken against the perpetrator who was seen by half the ground inc. stewards.
Terry Gorneslls Contract
Can the club tell us the length of Terry Gornell's contract now he has completed his transfer to the club?
Green Gate Again
With the closure of the 'green gate' from block 17 we make our way down the west stand towards the south stand to be diverted into the narrow 'vomitory' (hopes that's how you spell it - Ryan) out onto the back of the stand to continue our walk around to our bikes at the corner of the east and north stand. How about allowing us to walk around inside the stadium to the corner of the east and south stands. Not a big deal I know but to me a sensible option.

UPDATE
Have resent the last lot of questions with the ones on this thrad from through August and the last few weeks.
Have resent them TODAY 12 September 2011... Hopefully the club should get us a responce soon. Some really intresting questions, especially the ones about the draws, and i would be intrigured to see what the club say about the reason for the lower attendances this season compared to the last few years.

Important question needs to be asked! Can we please have someone who is more professional, keeps his mouth shut about the fans and actually updates the shrewsbury website instead of holidaying constantly? The Whits Out Revolution is in full force!

This may get refused as it's been done to death but here goes;
The club has demonstrated it listens to the fans regarding the choice and style of shirt and over the naming of the stadium.
Is it now time to face the biggest problem of all - The Club's badge. The badge defines us as a club and should be unique to the area the club represents. At present the clip art lion does not do this.
The loggerheads was a popular design and now the council have changed their crest does this open up an opportunity to reassess the design and to come up with something (loggerheads or not) that the fans could be proud of.
Is the club aware of the ill feeling toward the badge and the knock on effect on merchandise sales?
(I will caveat that other designs such as 'the shrew' are also valid as they are part of our history so please don't view this as a sole 'Bring back the loggerheads campaign')

Important question needs to be asked! Can we please have someone who is more professional, keeps his mouth shut about the fans and actually updates the shrewsbury website instead of holidaying constantly? The Whits Out Revolution is in full force! haha, I'm concerned about your obsession with Whits annual entitlement! Not that it's any of your business but just to clear it up, since 2005 he has had 3 weeks holiday, one was his honeymoon in 2008 then a week in a caravan in 2010 and 5 days in Weymouth in June (off season) most people take more than that in one year so I hope that's helped ease your holiday paranoia.

The Whits Out Revolution is in full force! Must be a one man revolution then. Before you ask for people to be sacked from their jobs why don't you do a bit of homework on the guy you want out? You may find that the person in questions work ethic and commitment to STFC would leave you quite embarrassed.

I would like this to go to any of the coaching staff:
Why are we so awful at retaining the ball when it is our throw in? This was problematic last season but this season it has continued, we do not seem able to retain possession and it will cost us. The first goal at Crawley is an example of this.

Can the club confirm as to whether they voted in favour or against the proposal regarding the changes to young players being taken by higher league teams?

Can the club confirm as to whether they voted in favour or against the proposal regarding the changes to young players being taken by higher league teams? Reserve league, whats the highest league within a football pyramid a reserve team can play at? Surely it would make good business to have a reserve team manager and a reserve team playing competitive football on a Saturday afternoon? It would surely be much more beneficial for the club if the club could play a reserve team inone of the Unibond Leagues or maybe even Blue Square North. Every week we would have a home match of some sort on a Saturday, make it free for ST Holders or £4 adults with kids go free as I'm sure these would be popular as not everyone can afford to go to away games. I'm sure we could get 1,000 or so on a Saturday for a competitive ressie fixture in such a league and in the process scout out talent from non league as well as give our ressie team competitive football as well as giving the youth teamers coming through a chance to play in front of crowds.

Why can't the TV screens in the concourses be left on for 10 mins after the end of the game, so that fans like me who have to travel a long way, can at least see the final scores before we make our way home? The scores given over the tannoy are often not the final scores.

These may have been asked before but:
Why in the South Stand do we have 1 hand-drier (cold I must add) for everyone?
Why don't the South Stand toilets have hot water?

They have been answered anyway???
The ones I sent on the 12th, we had a vidio responce on it, the last one... only thing is I have not been through the responce in detail yet and posted up about it... it means you need to watch the vid on Shrewsworld yourself...
I will look at the questions we have thus far for the 4th set to be sent, but there are not that many yet...
