Do you hate City, Liverpool and Chelsea too? Do you like any other teams? Dislike, Not hate, When you on a the M6 Motorway, And see all the coaches, With Salop reds, Devon reds, Bristol reds, Flags, Something tells me they should support there local teams, There not all exiles from manc. I Do like another team, But not another English team, So will never play salop. Ah yes, i remember the m56 slow crawl when United played at home. V sad. Obviouslt United appeal to such a huge crowd outside of manchester and thats a credit to their success.

Why don't you have the same situation when Bolton are at home, or Blackburn. Oh, of course, silly me - they never win anything.

if shrewsbury suddenly found a billionaire owner who threw so much money that in a few seasons we not only had one of the best sides in europe but one of the best grounds too, then we too would attract fans from all over the country
last time i went to old trafford it was mid 80s terracing, pay on the gate, and not much more than half full
build the side build the ground
they will come
it doesnt matter if they are born and bred in manchester or on the moon, they pay the same money to watch the same game

I would say that imo the majority of knowledgeable, proper full-time football fans do support their local team, but that's by no means fact...
