I doubt it knowing how tight STFC are.
Newcastle I see are doing decent deals, something like £2.60 to get kids in!??!?!

Whilst I dont think the club are good when it comes to ticket deals, I dont think they can be criticised here
We havent had lots of home games recently and we only have 2 more scheduled after Saturday for the rest of the year. Yes finances are tight but the club are in the same boat so with potentially reduced revenue, you cant blame them for not wanting to cut it even further

If we are not lucky enough to get a home game in the FA cup on the 12th of November our next home game is the 26th of Nov v Morecombe then the next scheduled league home game is the 17th of December v Macclesfield. January 2nd is the next following v the cobblers so not a lot of opportunity for the club to earn a wedge. I think that answers the question really plus the fact we are very lucky we have a decent management structure that keeps the club in the black . Thats not a situation many of the 92 clubs can say they enjoy.

It will be interesting to see what tonight's attendance is, after stripping away season ticket holders, concessions and freebies.
We have four Tuesday night home fixtures this season - surely an opportunity to offer the four for £50?
As a ST holder I wouldn't object to that sort of deal being used to fill a half-empty stadium.
I guess some will opt for the Aldershot game in a comfortable pub.
I do think it's time that all clubs lobbied for an alternating home/away fixture list!

It costs £1 to get my 7 and 9 year old in which I think is a very good deal. The problem is the £17/18 adult tickets. Anyway, after saturday's "excitement" I'm giving my heart a rest and missing tonight's glamour game.

Why dont people take up the offers when they are offered like the early bird season ticket, then spend the rest of the season moaning that there are no offers!!

But is that the clubs fault?? they make a decent offer to each and every person.......... and a fair one, don't see why they should make further offers after that!!

No it's not the club's fault and I've already said I think the junior ticket prices represent excellent value. But it's worth thinking beyond just season tickets now & again to entice people in.
To be fair to the club they did this last season with end of season three match ticket deal.

The earliest-ever early bird special offer which closed on 31 March 2011, with 7 games of the season, (excluding the play-off semi-final two legs) still to play!

With it getting closer to Christmas are there any price offers tonight or Saturday ? Mate I honestly don't see the reasoning for there to be a price offer. We and countless other teams have played two times in a week many many times. Can't see why STFC should do anything in this instance.

Over 5000 Town fans in attendance tonight. Excellent support for a midweek game against less than attractive opposition, especially with another home game on Saturday.

On this issue, however, I agree with you, Windsor and PILCH. These are standard league fixtures, two homes on the back of two aways. The games where the club really let itself down with its pricing policy were the Swansea cup game and the pre-season friendlies against United and Wolves. If the club were going to offer a 'cheapo' to entice the casual fan, I doubt a Tuesday night game against Accy would have done the trick!

**** me, just seen the fixture list on the official site.
After Saturday's game against Wimbledon we only have TWO home games left this year (one in Nov, one in Dec) - and five away
Is this correct?

According to Daveshrew on the atmosphere thread there was a kids deal last night. If that's correct, good work by the club, that's good for the future if we get the youngsters interested.
