Bendtner has moved to Sunderland on a season long loan. Sunderland also keep Asamoah Gyan after he handed a transfer request in earlier today.

Arteta went. Hopefully his legs will as soon as we collect the 10 mill.
Drenthe and Squigglyarsi could be interesting.

Reported that Arteta is taking a pay cut to join the Arse. If true then it could speak volumes that considering he was joining from Everton. Maybe that is the reason Wenger has been unable to keep players and to attract others, maybe their is a wage structure in place that the Arsenal board are unwilling to break. It has been reported before now that...
Strange that you see plenty of noise in the press and elsewhere about the demise of Arsenal and Wenger, in reality it could well be that they are just running a very tight ship whilst others fall further into debt. Yet they get knocked for that. Maybe it will take some time but you do feel that at some point it will all come good for Arsenal, its just set up to really push on...

Certainly true about the wage structure at arsenal. will not give anyone over 30 a vaguely long contract, and the board will not sanction anything like the wages offered at other clubs. Hence the signings ...Arteta, Park, Mertesacker, Benayoun. they aren't Aguero and Mata really are they?

Peter Crouch could prove to be an excellent signing for Stoke, especially with Palacios there as well.

What is wrong with Kenwyne Jones? Stoke now have Crouch, Jones, Jerome, Fuller and Walters. Don't think Crouch will be playing every game.
I personally think Bendtner is quite a good signing. Even for Arsenal he still got a fairly good amount of goals for his playing time. If he gets plenty of playing time i think he could do well.
