I fear for my customary lay of the bottling Brits in a tennis Grand Slam.
A fine income stream over the years could be about to come to a halt.

Could take a bit of a hit if the sweaty sock pulls this one off. Will be looking to try and cover my loses when his game against this ferret starts. You can gaurentee the patriotic pound punters will be in there

Murray 1 set down - 16 unforced errors in the first set and only 1 of 3 break points won (compared to his opponent - 6 unforced and 2/2 break points won...)

Shame for the knockers he is in the final, even if he loses it you can't say he bottled it as the guy he is playing is ranked above him.

I just don't get all the Murray-bashers. He's the best British tennis player for about 70 years, at times plays some sublime stuff and is one of the best in the world in a truely tough major sport. He's been a tad unlucky to be playing at the same time as Federer AND Nadal - surely two of the greatest of all time. I think he'd already have a Slam title by now otherwise. Deserves a bit of respect for what he's achieved I reckon.

I think he lost alot of fans after that but in all honesty I dont blame him at all I always route for teams who are playing Scotland or Wales

He does seem to let things get ontop of him during games. Could've had that last set wrapped up very early doors with a chance of a double break. Seems to loose focus during games, just when he is firing on all cylinders? !
