They are the best presenters on tv by a mile. I will cancel my subscription if they are not reinstated by the end of the week. That's two subs they lose then, I shall be saving £67.50 (per month)if that happens

The punishment should fit the crime.
Let them officiate in a game (together with Alan Green) and have their performance assessed by a panel of female refs.
I'd subscribe to Sky to see that.

I wonder why Blatter got away without being disciplined for his "sexist" remarks regarding female footballers if this is suddenly so serious.

Yet again the PC brigade raises it's stupid head... The world has gone mad.
I just stopped my missus whilst she was washing my car to tell her too, I also told her to hurry up coz I want a cup of tea.

Fairly ironic that Karen Brady is having a go - this a person who has presided for the last week and a half of constant press speculation about her own clubs manager and has done nothing to clarify it, and has been alledged of approaching other managers when Grant was still in post and also been alledged of texting senior players to ask them to rise up against the manager. But now it's not gone to plan she's decided to try and divert attention elsewhere.

Keys should be sacked for the number of times he has made me watch a second half of a boring 0-0 with his favourite half time saying: "it'll get better in the second half"

I just stopped my missus whilst she was washing my car to tell her too, I also told her to hurry up coz I want a cup of tea. Being serious, women are the worst when it comes to moaning. In November, we had a week in Egypt. We booked a camel safari. We'd only being going for about half a mile, before the dragon started moaning about not being comfortable. She moaned and moaned, so after two miles, I lost my temper and told her if she wasn't enjoying it, to put the camel down.

Before you know it there'll be women explaining offside to simian male broadcasters ...

Got bored of the two of them along time ago, I won't lose any sleep if they're given the boot. I also would not be cancelling my Sky subscription in support of the two muppets.

I've been saying for ages now that ALL so called football pundits should take refereeing courses and officiate at some level before being allowed anywhere near a TV studio to make their views and criticisms - Interestingly Robbie Savage has recently attended a referees course and as part of his assessment he refereed a game for just 20minutes and said that it was the hardest thing he's ever done and now sees the difficulties faced by the officials.
As for Andy Gray.......lock him in a room with the other Andy from The Bucks Head, the two of them together would talk each other to death, the only problem would be the effect they would have on global warming.

Can’t be long before they look to freshen things up anyhow, they’ve both been there for a very long time now. Those comments (more so the way they were said) makes them look like a couple of old dinosaurs, like sommat from a bygone age, came across right bitter...grumpy old men...
Gray is obviously infatuated with the Premier League now that it’s clearly clouding his judgment, granted his work is the Premier League but those comments about Messi and Barca are laughable. That’s just complete nonsense what he came out with…

Redknapp isn't that good and the best one they have Gullit has just taken a managers job in the back of beyond. Gut feeling is they will be back after this dressing down and soon things will be back to normal.

Shown themselves up to be a couple of unreconstructed chauvanists with this; the pair of them have probably dished out loads of stick to male officials over the years for various dubious decisions, but I doubt they've ever suggested their failings were attributable to their gender.
No doubt they come over as both sexist and smug, but on the other hand, there's something I don't like about this 'tattle-taling' and hanging out to dry for those who stray from the path of PC.
It is ridiculous - and no doubt offensive to many - to suggest women don't have the intelligence to interpret a simple law like offside, but if people want to hold - and express - these views in private, shouldn't they be able to?

If Sky have any sense they would sack them.
So I guess they'll be back next week.
It'll be hard to take them seriously from now (not that I did personally anyway, in my opinion they're both tools and this incident confirms it.)
It didn't sound like banter to me, I think they actually believe that they came out with.

Here's the incident. Hopefully sky will now finally get rid of these pair of idiots. Both talks out of their arses and live to criticise referees. How about having a go at being a ref before criticising Mr Gray, I didn't think so! I enjoy a lot of what they do, but their eagerness to critise referees at the earliest opportunity is a bit irritating... In your opinion, I enjoy their presentations and hope they continue as usual.

Whilst not condoning the pair of plonkers I find myself increasingly uncomfortable at this sort of "news".
This is a private conversation, as it was for Gordon Brown with the "bigotted woman", as were all the ones the News of the World have been earwigging. They are not breaking the law, though we might not like what they say. This really smacks of Big Brother

While we're on the subject, does anyone remember Mickael Madar's rant at Wendy Toms when she gave an offside decision against himin his Everton days?
Something along the lines of "No! You Fuh-king woman!".
Have done a quick online search but couldn't find the footage.
Would be interesting to see how that would go down these days!

They should have done tonights programme, started it by apologising to the lady concerned, and then got on with presenting the programme Sensible post on the whole sorry saga. Start the programme, a bit of ritual hummiliation and then let them do what they do best..... talk absolute bollox for two hours. Not a patch on Lee Dixons insightful contributions on BBC. And Keys should be careful what he says about Brady, she's more than a match for him.

i'm annoyed not one has bitten on my link by Shirly Tart ;-)
if anyone is sacked it should be the sound chap surely breaking his job description
he'd have been better off sending those jokes to the beano
ironically when liverpool scored saturday, in the power bar some of us prayed it was offside then the camera panned to the lino, it was the first we knew it was a women i tell you, it was a race to get the joke out first funniest moment of the day

Why should a woman Lino be any worse than a man? Disgraceful behaviour. The first thing I thought of when seeing it was a female Lino, was well done, Lino, you got that decision spot on. Well, actually it was the second. The first was......I would....

Does anyone remember the thread on B & A about the people in the supermarket queue and how someone explained to a lady shopper how the offside rule worked using shoes in their illustration to explain the offside rule, it was received with hilarity. Women's football has also received less than favourable reviews on here, we have all done it suddenly it's a big issue. I like both of the suspended presenters and think tonight's show was the worst ever, lacking in sparkle and content and will have made many people wonder about their subscription to Sky.

Have listened to and watched broadcast cricket for about 70 years and for my money Knight is the worst commentator ever, when his stint comes on I now always turn the sound off (having listened to him in his early days hoping he would improve.) The rest of the cricket pundits are top rate in my book.
