Why?
Keys has been caught swearing before and kept his job so this won't matter.

Well it makes the pair of them look right planks considering the first real big off side decision (for Liverpool's first goal) she got spot on. Don't think they should lose their job though...just a bit of humble pie next time around where they should be forced to give an apology and walk us through that off side decision she clearly understood and got right... I wonder if they were joining in the "they're gonna bounce in a minute" chants... Just having a read of the papers about this and found this gem from Andy Gray... "I watched Messi closely at the World Cup and he failed to shine. It makes no sense to me that a player who didn't cut on the big stage should be named World Player of the Year...Spain's La Liga has become a joke league...I would argue that even the SPL is tougher. You hear about declining standards in England, but going to places like Bolton, Stoke and Sunderland is not easy....If Barca were playing Stoke on a wet Wednesday in January with Rory Delap launching Howitzers into the box, how would they cope? If Ronaldo had only played in Portugal and Spain, he'd be a much lesser footballer." I`d sack him for that...

Why? Keys has been caught swearing before and kept his job so this won't matter. According to the Employment Law specialist on 5 Live this morning what they said is legally no worse or better than what Ron Atkinson said. I don't understand that but look what happenned to him!

ITV and Sky will no doubt have different rulings though. If Keys can get away with swearing then this is small fry in comparison.

Regardless of what the law says it seems racism is worse than sexism. An interesting debate. Society is still fundamentally discriminating between the two sexes, but not races (at least not as explicitly). We tolerate sexism but not racism.

Storm in a tea cup IMO.. I would bet anything I had that this type of thing happens on a daily basis, in the work place, in the pub, in government, anywhere its a trait of life.
Hopefully the lino will laugh it off but talk of people losing their jobs is madness. It is a million miles away from the big Ron blooper.

Sexism shouldn't be tolerated in any circumstances.
I hope the Girlie wasn't too offended.

As if Keys or Gray are going to lose their job over this.
It could be a different matter for the person who was in charge of cutting the recording equipment once they were meant to be off air....

"I have to say" in Andy Gray's defence that he was a decent footballer.

The incident came 6 hours after Karen Brady in an interview of Talksport named Gray and Keys as two of the biggest sexist offenders in football. This obviously wasn't an isolated incident.

Wouldn't surprise me that one of the Sky background staff has noticed what they have been saying whilst off air previously and left the recording equipment recording away on purpose with the sole idea of then leaking it onto the internet.

Here's the incident.
Hopefully sky will now finally get rid of these pair of idiots. Both talks out of their arses and live to criticise referees. How about having a go at being a ref before criticising Mr Gray, I didn't think so!

I see yer point Pilch but having listened to the pair of them it doesn't sound as if they were having a laugh and a joke about it...superb bit of ranting if ever there was from the pair of them...

They are the best presenters on tv by a mile.
I will cancel my subscription if they are not reinstated by the end of the week.
