I still think that automatic promotion is more than achievable, it's just about time the whole squad shows abit of commitment and passion, theres only a few that have seemed intrested recently,
On holden, cost us 5 points in two games, not as good as raven, herd, moss, taylor or me

If a defender has been responsible for us conceding a goal (and moreover, this is the third week in succession this has been the case), I don't see why this can't be raised and discussed on a messageboard such as this one.
That's what it's here for, surely?
On the other hand, while I don't see why a poster can't question whether Holden remains our best option at right back, there's no need for personal abuse or calls to get a player shipped out to Rotherham, Telford, wherever asap.
If he's not good enough Turner will know and will take the relevant action. But he'll probably have to bide his time until a chance to offload him arises.
If Turner publicly criticised players for their mistakes (a'la Simpson) he no doubt have the same people now slaughtering Holden accusing him of damaging players' confidence if results continue to be unimpressive.
Anyway, for my part, I was quite impressed with what I saw of Danny Taylor (composed, decent on the ball) last season and would like to see him given a chance at right back soon.

You fail to see my point Jonah. Holden isn't good enough for us, can't you see that? If you really consider a point against a manager less Barnet a 'point gained' then I'll leave you and your small ambitions behind as some of us actually want to get out of this s**te league. Ta'ra! If our manager picks him then who is saying He isn't good enough? GT obviously thinks he is the best available. I cannot defend his mistakes but at the same time cannot stand by while fans give pathetic abuse. FYI we have to be good enoughnto get out of this league and from what I have seen unfortunately we are not. Now who's fault is that?

If you want to join the blame culture; In the 90th minute why does our keeper punt a ball straight down the middle onto the half way line or near. Why not compose, hit it further, ( he can, i,ve seen him do it) and out wide?
How do we let their midfield win a ball which has been punted etc etc. Where was our midfield?
So, instead of blaming Holden, if we look deeper, blame can be attached to others. But, Holden was the last man in a catalogue of errors, so gets all the stick.
I,m looking forward to seeing Holden at full back for the next 3 months.
