2 straight away from me from last year. Darlington at home last season, and Macclesfield at home last year

may sound a little trite but none of them, seen some heavy losses over theyears but they make the good ones worthwhile.

Boston 6 Shrewsbury 0. One of the worst games ever if not THE worst.

For away games theres been plenty of defeats over the years however Ive still managed to turn them into good away days so theres not too many I necessarily regret going to.
One that sticks in my mind is Mansfield away on a Friday night under Jake. Went on the supporters coach and it seemed to take ages to get there, we were on a little side terrace with no cover and it poured down all night. We were out classed and lost 4-0, a very depressing night
As for home games, there have been a few where I wouldnt have gone if I didnt have a season ticket, plenty last season but without doubt the Darlo game. Tuesday night games at the Meadow could be special but they could also be soul destroying at times if it was a cold, wet night in front of a small crowd. Home to Bournemouth in front of 1,600 was definitely one of them.

I agree with Boston 6 Town 0. If I hadn't gone i wouldn't have had my car broken into and radio nicked as well as seeing the worst display from so-called professional footballers!

Have to agree play off final 2007, after beating them 7-0 earlier in season it was so frustrating we couldn't even sneak a 1-0. Oh well looking on the positive side it'll make promotion so much sweeter when it happens (if)

Gillingham play off final I was gutted at the end of that game, but I'm glad I was there.

Far too many in recent years - Staines last season. The Gillingham play off final (Wembley is awful in many ways). Remember going to Oldham away on a friday in the 80s- we lost 4-0, it was very very cold and got home at some ungodly hour in the middle of the night, (no idea why I went in the first place).

Most games under Jake King - played such boring stuff that watching paint dry was preferable.
Dagenham in the conference - woeful (but at least Quinn realised Greg Rioch just wasn't good enough and never played him again)

Rotherham 3 - Shrews 0 Barnet 4 - Shrews 1
Witnessing a manager who had simply lost direction, (and also the post match media at Underhill).

i havw seen some poor performances over the years, including the 6-0 at Boston, but not really regretted choosing to go
most times I would not be doing much else anyway, but i chose to go to Blackburn once for an end of season game that was of no real relevace and we lost 1-0. I should have been at a mate's wedding and apparently missed a really good party

Ha – so many!
Bristol Rovers away, February 1995 at Twerton Park - we lost 4-0 with Darren Simpkin played poorly in defence.
Aldershot away last season losing 2-0 - chucked it down with rain before game, got soaked and we were total rubbish with no fight and desire to want to win.
Barnet away March 2008, lost 4-1 – Gary Peters last game in charge
& not forgetting Blyth and, Histon
