this loss, though our only one so far, will send turner into the loan market I'm sure. We can't cope with injuries, bad form etc if the replacement for goals is Bright, he isn't promotion stuff.

i am sat on the away terrace at Gillingham and i dont recognise the team before me. The officials are awful but its not their fault town are losing. We are not at the races today people. Awful so far

Maybe this defeat will release a bit of the pressure that being unbeaten and top brings. It was always going to be a difficult game though.
It appears to me we seem to have a bit of a soft centre when teams really get rough and try and mix it with us
It'll be interesting to hear Turner's post-match comments

You can blame the officials as the ref is absolutely terrible. He gave a penalty when their guy dived right in front of him. I left 15 minutes ago. I can't watch a game that is ruined by woeful officials i am sat on the away terrace at Gillingham and i dont recognise the team before me. Lets just get a consolation goal, goal difference may end up being important.

I've never left a gane this early before. The ref was right next to play and gave a ridiculous penalty. He was making up for SCS foul. Neither were penalties. Guy was a joke. As for the lineman...

Too little to late by the sounds, could've with starting with a more of a physical presence up front alongside Harrold and in midfield aswell......in hindsight. Officials haven't helped by the sounds.

Dunn is wrong, Burton haven't got a fourth. As for town, poor but this had to come some time and in the end at least we did put up some sort of fight, kind of...
Many predicted this to be our loss, its happened, now - good teams bounce back, and we have too at home. You blues!

Can't understand GT's treatment of Bradshaw.
Not even on the bench for the 2nd week running and yet is the obvious replacement for Robinson.
VDB and Harrald just don't work as a partnership.
Neal could have been left off the bench. Leslie,McIntyre and VDB provide more than enough cover for midfield.

What's the obsession with Rotherham! They would have been above us had they not blown a 3 goal lead.
