Twas a good game at times... although the standard of defending at times was a bot ropey... never seen so many clearances back across the box!! Nurvey stuff at times..
Thought we just shaded it on the red side, got to take your chances... or left the opposition take them (3rd goal!!). Hopefully we get another arranged when possible....
Nice to get on the score sheet in these games again!

There were only 4 of us playing on Saturday from the ASFC(myself, Mike, Justin, and Andy D)... certinly plenty more people out there who could fill the gaps should a B and A game be played the same day as the ASFC...
Remember a lot of the ASFC players started out in these games, before getting involvoed in the ASFC when a little older...
And there are a few weeks we dont have a game when people cant get to us... so plenty of chances of more B and A games this season.

who was the lad upfront for the blues? He was a lively lad that is for sure. Anyway i can walk again now thank god but i sure needed to lie down alot yesterday. Was he the tall lad? The one who later scored the OG? Our other striker was dunny so either of them

It would be great to make these games a more regular occurence. As with most things, organising doesn't take long, it just needs someone to step up and do it! If you fancy it, let me know and I'll put you in contact with the relevant parties to book the pitch etc.

Thanks to all involved, it was great to kick a ball again without getting damaged and I'm looking forward to the next one.
I think a mention has to go to the lads (sheffieldshrew being one) who organised the positions on the day, the're in a no win situation really and maybe other b&a posters could get involved to be a manager for a game.

I think the game, the players and that ref were awful.
Waste of the £1 entry fee !

Oi that is not true i think pilch's penalty decisions were worth a £10 entry fee as you dont see comedy like that very often
