Its been a long time since we had a thread on the music we're individually listening to right now. Its always a good thread as there's always a song i've never heard and I really like. So here, lets share some of the songs you're listening to at the moment. My two favourites at the moment are: - Rapid Face - welcome home and - Radiohead - let down =]

Cant do Youtube links from work but the last few months I have generally been into Plan B – The Defamation of Strickland Banks Kid Cudi – Man in The Moon – My album of 2009/2010 Drake – Thank Me Later Sway – Pop a Bottle (single) Dan Bull – Safe – Quality British rapper. Look on Youtube hes ace! About to add to my Iphone (weekend) new Emeniem album (there was a time when I would have done that straight away) and albums from Big Boi (supposed to be amazing) Peaty Pablo, Ludacris, M.I.A and Xzibit. Also having a rewind to some old Ghostface Killer at the moment. Last Five songs in Iphone I slistened to were Drop the World (Eminem and Lil Wayne) Has it Come to This 9The Streets) Minority Report (Jay-Z) Where’d you go (Fort Minor) Everyone Nose (N.E.R.D) If you have no idea what the above even means, I’m sorry

Both these getting plenty of air time at the moment
a brilliantly haunting song by KOL
a classic, but not so well known tune by the jam.
2 great songs i never seem to get sick of playing.

Both excellent choices despite being a massive KOL fan just couldn't get my teeth into the new album not as much edge and playfulness to it however closer is the one exception moody and haunting as you said.

Hey marcus Louden rocks !!
Well it'smy turn so here goes....give em a listen.
First one up is a Northern Classic Bobby Paris singing Night Owl I could dance (badly) to this baby all night.
Reminds me of living in Kent in the mid 80s as a Scooter Boy Northern and Lambrettas were the way of life.
A masive Jam fan, Weller wears his heart on his sleeve in this one, get the rawness...
Moving on....Pete Wylie and Wah from the early 80s great album
Getting going now, how can you not like this......The rebirth of the Mods ...Secret Affair
Finally my beloved Stiff Little Fingers, not their oldest but a brill track in its own right...about Blair !
Thats me and has been for most of my life...enjoy.
