Amazing to think that we have been cr@p this season yet are still miles ahead of Hairyfud. How bad must they be? To think we have had a crap season, and no money to spend, and we are only 5 points behind the slop, who have spent a fortune this season and are to bigger a fish for this division ( or so they keep telling everyone) and we have poor management as well

Going over old ground here but.........you were absolute pants until the RENTAMOB mentality took over 4 weeks ago and you took on board 4 loanees from other clubs to just about stave off relegation. When will the name change to "Mercenry United" become official

Yes ghost, we have loaned a couple of players, but haven't slop got any loanees playing for them, I think so, so this could be called "the mercenary division" as all the teams are at it (just some are better than others)

[/Chomp] Surprised it's so hard for you lot to admit that Turner's a better manager than Simpson.

We all hate Simpson. He's a crap manager.

Would love for GT to manage the shrews. He has done great since he took charge of the carrot crunchers this season.
If he can do what he did to a club with less fans than a Sunday league side, a cattle market for a ground and on an income where carrots is the only admission charge, imagine what he could do here.

Is it the same GT that you wrote this about on BullsBanter: One new stand, or four new stands will not get me attending games, that is until G.T. leaves. That's another of the 3000 giving their reason for not going to E.S.We only listen to real rival fans who attend games on here

But that doesn't mean that i don't still support the cub. After all I went before his reign, during his reign & it will still be there after his reign (when he has gone), wont it? and then life can get back to normal.

Well our points total now means that we will be playing you again next season, as for G.T. selling up, I think it's good news, we need new blood & he's taken us as far as he could (took over in 2nd division took us to the conference back to 2nd and then 1st division then back to the 2nd where he started) and if he goes to you, then all the best.

All the best for next season. Yes well done. It will be good to see you get regular 3000 crowds. As for Mr T as you call him. Just watch him achieve what he did with |Hereford but then be in a position to sustain and improve on it. We may be in the same division but you are a decade behind us.

Genuine question
Certain Hereford fans seem to think that Turner has driven away a lot of fans and its down to him that the crowds are so low
Do you honestly see hundreds/thousands of fans going just because he is no longer owner?

Genuine question Certain Hereford fans seem to think that Turner has driven away a lot of fans and its down to him that the crowds are so low Do you honestly see hundreds/thousands of fans going just because he is no longer owner? Mr Turner has not been Mr popular for a number of years for many different reasons, some will say that he personally upset them, others that he took the team away from the fans (no open days/ meet the players etc...) others that P.R. was not of a good quality, and the list is endless, and yes I think that this has put a few people off attending games, me included,BUT now we seem to have a new chairman who has said that he wants to include the fans and bring H.U.F.C. back to the people of Hereford (only time will tell, but a very good opening shot) I think that we could increase the attendances by a regular 2-3 hundred, which including interested casuals could bring another 1-2 hundred (500 in total, I hope)

Yes not much has happened at E.S. for a number of years, it took 15 years for someone to get off their bum to get planning permission for the BF end ( wonder if that inflated the price of the shares?) talk of the Meadow End being done in a couple of years time if not sooner. Time will tell if we can catch up!

Come on now you slop, it's time to do some predictions, as this thread says. As promised now Turner has gone I went to E.S. this evening to watch the Swansea game, if the first 60 mins is anything to go by, we will definitely be in a play off position at the end of the season (last 30 mins was sub city time for both sides) I honestly have not seen such quality football played at E.S. for a long time. Thank god G.T. has gone.
