ah the lovey town of hereford................
with a points tally this season u could count on one hand......
with a stadium you could knock down with one hand
with the amount of season ticket holders you could count on one hand
you have no hope in that league
although you could try and LOAN the points?
its come back to bite u in the ass!!!
we will wave as we fly past you!
tarrah farmer boys

. and yes you got it still higher than you Apart from one season above the Town you haven't got a leg to stand on. A talentless team. No fans. No decent facilities. No future. As said on this forum before... Shrewsbury Town FC - the envy of Hereford United.

Now cheltenham different story league 1 rivalry . Cheltenham are a small club with a tiny fanbase playing above their level and simply delaying the inevitable. I can see why there's a rivalry between your clubs.

so why are you here Can you blame him, WFG? Bullsbanter, like their team, stadium and support is notoriously poor. I wouldn't want even my worst enemy to suffer that abomination of a forum.

Is that why you regard us as rivals as well then

Your team are going nowhere you only get 1 thousand more You've been promoted twice during the last 3 seasons, with average attendances of 2,700 and 3,400 respectively. We averaged 5,500 last season and over 4,000 in the conference. Are you stupid or just not very good at maths? Hereford United - pi$$ poor support and they know it.

Is that why you regard us as rivals as well then There's so much wrong with that post that I don't know where to begin. Are you Ian's Dad or something? P.s. There's not a club in the entire country that regards Hereford United as their rivals. Live with it and move on.

yes and where are we to you ;D slowly going out of business 4,000 average to break even back to the conference
I think not our finances are on an even safety level , 20k was spent on our promotion , not 175k on one striker who could be injured all season.
said on bullsnews you needed crowds of 4,000 to break even we have several income streams at our new stadium, earning money 7 days a week, hence the £170,000 striker

Talking of their ground perhaps I can make our "guests" squirm a liitle more ! Edgar St is owned by Hereford Council, during HUFCs last couple of years in the Conference they were operating under a CVA.Turner knew that if they won promotion the football League would not let them back into the league with a CVA. As HUFC have no assets GT sold the tenancy to Richardson Development (you know theses guys, Black Country twins, one died last year,...built the Merry Hill Centre)to pay off the CVA..HUFC became sub tenants of the stadium and there is no buy back clause in the arrangement. As many people know the football stadium lies in the middle of an area marked for redevelopment called the Edgar St Grid, the ESG will include apartments, shops etc etc A redevelopment of the football ground by the tenants is within the plan...however Richardson Developments bought the tenancy as they can see a profit in the land...which doesn't necesarily include a football ground. Can you see were this is going yet ? Hereford Council as the landlords had a responsibility to their tenant to provide alternative accomodation should the property need to be demolished...they do not have this responsibility to a sub-tenant ,which is what HUFC are since they sold their tenancy to Richardson Developments. Therefore should Richardson Developments at some stage in the future exercise their rights to evict HUFC so that the land can be redeveloped as part of the ESG then HUFC will be homeless and with no assets other than the surplus they currently are showing in their last year end return Hereford fans still feeling smug ? No points and quite possibly no ground ;D...and before you start carping on..the facts are all true, as per Companies House website and the Hereford Times newspaper over the last couple of years

Oh back again Ian. I would rather take top of League 2 undefeated with 9 points than bottom of League 1 with [glow=red,2,300]0[/glow] points and getting stuffed 6-1. Rome wasn't built in a day Correct Ian, but I t looks as though Edgar Street probably WAS built in a day - by the Romans.

Hereford's small fanbase could easily be housed in one of the Deva's little stands.
Perhaps a ground share with Chester would be the best option?
