Charity Bags through my door twice a week. People who can't hold a conversation without swearing every other word. People who stand at a bar when its busy. Drunken Idiots who think its clever to take the p**s out of Indian waiters. My most annoying thing is People who buy houses by Pubs the complain about noise... Why move near a pub in the first place

inheritance tax..... in most cases tax has been paid on that money once already ! Unlikely, seeing as the most valuable asset in most people's estates will be the tax-exempt house they live in. Besides which there's no capital gains tax on death so anything that had grown in value would otherwise be tax-free. Why would we want to give tax breaks on inherited wealth when VAT and taxes on income are rising?

People who use the pompous phrase "I think not" when answering their own question. As in: " does Gordon Brown really deserve any credit for rescuing Britain from the banking crisis? I think not!"
Mind you, there's some truth in it. People who use that phrase rarely do seem to think.

People who drive at the speed limit irrespective of road conditions then try to speed up when you overtake them - it's my choice if I want to go above 60 on the old A5 for example, so feck off! I do this. The speed limits are there for a reason. I dont get this - doesnt make any odds to me as my car's very quick, but if Joe Bloggs overtakes you in his white van, you speed up trapping him alongside you and someone comes the other way, you'll be the one responsible for creating a multiple car accident.

People with a plummy accent who ask which school you went to, especially when they hazard the guess "Borstal".

Why would we want to give tax breaks on inherited wealth when VAT and taxes on income are rising? Because it distorts prices and results in a misallocation of resources? (Joke). There is a Nobel prize winning economist who currently peddles the view that the economic downturn in America was caused by workers quitting their jobs in anticipation of Obama tax rises.
