My main hope is that I come home on a Saturday evening having enjoyed and entertaining game of football played with style and flair rather than like many games last season coming home wondering why I had wasted 2 hours and hard earned money.
Where will we finish, maybe mid table I have a feeling that Division 2 could be the strongest for many seasons with only a few teams being written off before the season starts. There will be no sides like Darlington or Grimsby Thank Goodness!!!!!

Finishing 11th this season will be an achievement on last season so anything above that I will be happy. I don't want to go through the play-offs again as yes, it was very exciting but the trip to Wembley will turn out badly again. I think that if we want to get promoted we have to aim for 3rd or above.
He doesn't have the greatest squad to work with so i shall remain positive if he doesn't do as well as all of this hype is expecting. Hopefully he can take Shrewsbury back up the leagues but unfortunately for the past 16 years, Shrewsbury have and will remain to be a league 2 side.
His past won't mean instant success ... He did it with hereford but couldn't keep them up so i'm not expecting anything amazing.
I hope we can do it though and i hope we can get some good players. =]
COME ON TOWN!

There will be no sides like Darlington or Grimsby Thank Goodness!!!!! Whilst there's no sides like Darlo or Grimsby (that we know of), there's no sides like Peterborough, MK Dons, Notts County etc Im not sure that it will be a particulary strong league but I do think that it will be incredibly open with a lot of teams challenging for promotion. The key thing for me is consistency, its something we havent had for a while and I think that is partly down to the two previous managers constantly changing the team as they didnt know the best XI. And Ed, if we are losing 4-3 every week I trust you wont be complaining as you will have been entertained
