It seems clear to me that the solution to this controversy is to have a Toffs block. They could watch the games through their monocles while their valets fetch the Pimms from Jennifers. The number 1 rule would be that top hats are to be removed while play is in progress so as not to obstruct the view of the chap behind one. May one venture a small ditty to whip up the fevorish natives,"We are the Toffs stand theres Peasants in the rest/west" That should get them working types a singing?

Without Mallet, there is absolutely no South Stand noise. Solution's obvious then - get rid of Mallet. Clearly the rest of the South Stand don't want to make a noise, so let's use good old majority rule
