Why has no one voted on this poll? I can't give a poll with only 2 votes to the man himself! ;D Please vote!

I voted for the anger management one, believing that Luke Rodgers uses him for a human punch bag

Yep Bilbo i agree with you He is a yes man, who does nothing and is only there because Quinn "trusts him". An unqualified yes man costing the club a wage.

Has anyone seen "Mike Bassett England manager"?

Has anyone seen him on the pitch before the game whilst the team is warming up?
He may walk but thats as far as it goes. His wages could go towards a new player.

I've been speaking to a Northwich fan on MSN about Dave Cooke, he claims (his words not mine) that the Northwich players disliked him for his lack of knowledge of football at this level, after leaving as a apprentice at Crewe he has only played football in the North West Counties League, apparently Dave Cooke is only good at the man-management and psychology side of the game.
He also said Dave Cooke owns a nightclub in Nantwich and that JQ and Rioch have both worked as doormen for his club!

Think this is a very harsh thread to be honest.
I'd prefer answers to a more general question regarding the coaching/management responsibility at STFC.

After the events of last season I can fully understand why some supporters want to know what REALLY happens behind the scenes......sadly tho it is really none of our buisness, after all we're just supporters

The thought of JQ and Rioch working together as bouncers has cheered me up a bit.
Would it be a bit like them on Phoenix Nights?
Probably Rioch rescued JQ from a hiding once and JQ promised him that if he ever managed a footy team, Rioch would always play, no matter what!

in the northwich programme theeir commercial manager wrote about quinn taking their player of the season and added "Ok Jimmy evened things up by taking Dave Cooke and Alan Rivers as well(!)" sounds like they dont know what they did there either!

Maybe his real name is Dave-the-Cook(e) - and he specialises in burgers, chips and other nightclub related nibbles. ;D This has been the liveliest the board has been for weeks. Shame that its taken such a hammering to make it that way Roll on (and over) Morcambe next week
