So it'll be STFC Vets v ASFC then? Does that mean we have to lose some of our regulars to the vets team? Should be a good laugh what ever the game

i thought the 3rd april was our next free slot?
i was under the impression that Stevenage might be able to provide a team on the 17th especially as its their last away game of the season.
ant can you clarify?

Well Jamo, just looking back through the thread, there looks like interest from at least 17 people- negotiating plenty of subs with the opposition might be a good move

Look that's 'two goals at Old Trafford" Juninho with his mate Shakey.

Thanks Jamo. Can i get Jemmo to play instead and say it was a typing error you know how serious he takes these games If as Tim(chrysler head) says Stevenage could bring a team, what about Monday (Bank Holiday) 3rd May, 2nd Leg of the Play offs day, the first team should be at home Jamo email me when you get back from Leeds. Cheers

Guys,
I'm up for it if I'm in Shrewsbury that weekend. If it's April 17th it would be 5 days before my 40th......
I'm either a sweeper or striker (or at a push a keeper)..can't be doing with any of the bits in between.
Assume it would be at SCAT? Haven't played there for over 20 years...

I'm not too hopeful about Stevenage bringing a side but I will check. I don't think they've played an 11-a-side match as of yet, especially not away from home.
We have a free week a week this Saturday when Town play Exeter - could we play this 'vets' vs asfc game then?
