We were awful last night truly terrible JQ REALLY HAS LOST THE PLOT Aldershot were much the better side and fully deserved to win A fewf other comments Firstly far from being sublime I though their first goal wa s a fluke secondly,I thought our goal was well offside (right in line) Thirdly on tonight evidence Banim is skilful enough on the ball but much too slow for this league and fourthlyl classy new left back but we need him on the wing

Sorry i didn't think Howie had a bad game, he had no chance with the first.
Didn't hear any booing for cramb but it was more that people were booing that o'conner was being taken off (although i don't know why people were surprised because o'conner was limping the whole of the 2nd half and wasn't able to compete)

Ok i will admit that Scott was better than i thought he was last night - i was angry last night when that was posted - but he does have a tendancy to punch when he has a simple catch which caused problems again last night - i like him really and in no way want bavo back - i stand by the rest though

OK, Scott does punch, when he ought to catch, but, Bavo AND Edwards would only flap at a cross, or worse still, get caught in no-mans land. Fatal. Just read that again, and I suppose you would expect the Eagle to flap.

Re O'Conner
He was clearly injured, had very little impact in the second half (most likely because of this) and the result was that the other three "midfielders" (I use the term loosely) were having to do the work of four which simlpy wasn't working.
That is why he was subbed off. I was really quite surprised when people around me were questioning the decision, on this occasion I don't see that there was any other option.
The main problem was that there were no midfielders on the bench to replace him (probably the only reason he stayed on the pitch as long as he did)

yep that's what I was saying.
Which makes the critisim of street worse as he was having to do o'conner's work as well, no wonder he wasn't having the best of games when he was all on his own in the midfield
