Scoring one penalty does not disguise the fact that Cramb has had a poor season. His work rate is poor, attitude awful and positioning terrible.

Finally someone who cagrees Darby did miss a sitter at Barnet!!!! Have to say darby and Cramb have started pretty much the same amount of matches. Cramb has still scored more goals than Darby. People who say Cramb has had a poor season need to remember that a) when we signed Cramb he had a poor goals to games ratio b) he didnt consider scoring his major asset c) He's scored more goals than Darby C) is a very interesting point. Darby was signed as a goal machine, and for whatever reason he hasnt exactly been a goalmachine as yet. In my mind I'm very dissapointed with Darbys form. Yes he works hard, but if the lads struggling to make an impression upfront than whats the point of playing 4-4-2, why not just play 5-4-1? Darby has also had more settled runs in the side, but thats a side issue.

Darby hasn't been a goal machine for a while.
His two full seasons in Division 3 produced 8 goals and 14 goals.
Although I have to say that the only reason I'd have him on the pitch right now is that I believe he may be the man to nick a goal at Stoke.
His link up play with Rodgers is non-existant and he's just not hurting defenders enough - listen to the commentators on Sky comments that confirm this.

All season we have complained about lukes form and ion the last 7-10 games ha seems back – mostly to do with a settled partnership, which has a) been working and b) he is enjoying. Darbys been laying chances on for luke and being less selfish Gpricey you will have to explain this one. Please tell me you are joking about all the chances Darby has layed on for Luke or anyone else for that matter You need to focus on the whole game and not your hero. Then you will see what he contributes to the team. The man was not in the game (and thats putting it mildly) against Barnet. He was slow, he never supported Luke, never headed the ball and i will always be thankfull Crammie replaced him before DD had to take a penalty Had the pleasure of watching his dismal performance with Seanbroseley. It must be where we sit cos we saw a different performance than what Gpricey saw.
