Come on, Its not Burberry wearers who are the thugs its the Stone island wearers, blinking heck just get it right! Most people who wear burberry are not hooligans, Its not even fashionable anymore to wear burberry if you are a hooligan, this is what you should worry about such makes like STONE ISLAND, PAUL AND SHARK YACHTING, AQUASCUTUM (Which looks like burberry but isn't!) Get it right.

Why must you put people in to groups on the clothes that they wear. Theres just as many people who wear this stuff who aren't hooligans.

I suggest you visit the EBF website Mr Afro and see that they quite often mention Burberry wearers. Im entitled to my opinion my blue wigged friend. Instead of remonstrating about who wears and who doesn't wear Burberry, how about denouncing their behaviour and let them know that they are not wanted at our football ground!!!

Actually I was replying to stop moanings post. He seems to think that everybody who wears burberry, stone island etc. are hooligans. I just clearly said that there not and its ubfair to class all the people who do wear it under the same title

I agree with Afro!! I have a Burberry jacket right!! I am a season ticket holder, and go to the majority of away games! Does this mean I am a hooligan? I dont think so some how! I should be entitled to wear what I want in the ground!
P.S Why do you post as different names, and not your own account name??

Do people honestly believe that you can judge someone by what they wear?
Yes if I saw 50 lads together in designer clothes Id say they probably were hooligans and if I saw 50 lads in replica shirts Id say fans but one lad in designer clothes? One lad in a football shirt?
Following town I've met some of the nicest most loyal people and some of them will not wear replica shirts and instead like wearing designer clothes, they like it and can afford it so whats the problem? They don't go for trouble and just like watching a game of football and supporting the town.
On the other hand I have seen "fans" decked head to toe in Shrewsbury merchandise but spend 90 minutes swearing, hurling abuse (some of it racist), trying to incite violence with the opposition but because they are wearing the club colours they are immune from criticisim.
Just because someone wears designer clothes doesn't make them a hooligan. Personally I don't wear club colours but thats my choice, I've got friends who do and friends who don't, its not an issue to me as don't judge people by what they wear.
Remember its not what people wear what makes it what they are.

I Agree with Stfcfan and Paul. It is wrong to be judgemental from what people wear. Fair enough, some hoolies wear burberry, but that doesn't mean that all people who wear burberry are hooligans and are going to start a riot. You cannot simply ban a certain item of clothing from the ground because SOME of the people who wear that make are possibly maybe going to try and say something that may or may not cause offence. I know that we have a trouble with hooligans and yobs but you cannot be stereotypical. you may as well ban ALL 19 year olds because some of them might start a fight. You just can't do it.
