I've just had an e-mail about Shrews SMS service- they're offering 2 weeks free trial. Anyone subscribe to it? Can you recommend it? I think I need to subscribe- because, tomorrow, for example, I'll be on my way to take kids and my auntie to Oakengates Theatre- I doubt if I can hear the match on Radio Shropshire beforehand, even. I tend to be a nuisance and text people in such circumstances!

Tis a good service, however sometimes info is out as common knowledge before the text arrives.
Come on down Ian ;D

Overpriced for the quality of service that it provides wiggy. Everyone get's to hear the news within a couple of minutes of it being on there anyway.

It depends on the service you want.
For example I think you can sign up so you just get sent the scores as they come in which would be ideal for you Wiggy as you get most of the weekly news on the web anyway

I promise you- I'm not sat at the P.C. 24/7!!!!!!! Are you kidding- I'd be in the divorce court!!!!! No- as you see, it's for when I'm doing things elsewhere- like tomorrow when I'm in Oakengates- and can't even get near a radio- and it's a BIG match.

you chose what you want, so if you want match updates you can have that, if you want only away match updates you can have that, if you just want the news you can have that.
go to the website and click on mobilezone and it explains it all..
