Feels like an important game Saturday, where getting 3 points would be a real boost to morale and keep us a bit closer to the sides outside the relegation zone and
The forced changes in defence will be a worry particularly with little back up in that area and I’m probably as stumped as Hurst is about our attacking options. I keep thinking Marquis must come good at some point, and would really like to see two up front for this match but suspect it will be just one up front again

I think Town will lose 2-0 but I live in hope Town will win.
Let’s not forget Crawley will also regard this game as a must win.

A defeat on the other hand and we're well and truly back to square one. While there's obviously lots of football to be played and points to gain, if we lose tomorrow I'll be all but resigned to relegation. Which is crazy to say in early October, but here we are |

My prediction is Crawley Town 3-0 Shrewsbury Town. thats the most optimistic youve been for years  I think I am hopeful tomorrow too, but for a win, we really need everything to go right from 3pm and that insludes the 2nd half too come on town, shock us |

I don't normal think about the weekends game until the Friday evening but I have been nervous about this game all week.
We have lost too many "games wont be decided on games like these" type of games which makes this game a must win. Pressure is on and a positive result is needed or I fear it will ruin our last bit of confidence.
I'd snap your hand off for a scrappy against the wall 1-0 win however I predict we will rise to the challenge, 3-0 Town.

Problem is he’s moved to Bristol and can’t face negotiating the M25 so Sky for me. Really hoping for our first away win otherwise cant see us even fighting relegation. 0-1 🤞 |

Hurst has had the benefit of doubt most games this season due to the gulf in budgets etc.
Lose today and my patience with him will ware very thin.
