I remember him when he started out as a player at Walsall - think he also had a stint at Telford towards the end of his career - but of course he was better known as a coach and manager. He was very highly thought of by fans in the part of the world I live in due to his role as assistant to Ranieri in Leicester's shock title victory in 2016 and I dont think he was given enough time when he became manager there. By all accounts a true gentleman who will be sadly missed.
