An opportunity for a journalist to follow up & ask why? Maybe a scoop or two will get more subscribers.

An opportunity for a journalist to follow up & ask why? Maybe a scoop or two will get more subscribers. Yes, if you look closely you can tell this isn't real journalism, it's just lifting a story from a club's own media channel, giving it an inappropriately excited tabloid headline and then adding a comment on it at the end. It simply spreads and sensationalises a very thin story without the writer being in any position to challenge or verify it, which is of no more value than this or any other post on b&a. As the story comes from the club's own media, it's obvious that nobody there is going to challenge Rosenior to justify his criticism. It's sensationalised club PR, no more than that. Welcome to the world of irresponsible internet "journalism".

Welcome to the world of irresponsible internet "journalism". Don't think that is entirely fair. Fairly sure the back page scoops on prospective transfers are not from the club website...
