I've been very, very lucky this year. Among lots of other things, Breathe on 'Em Salop, a digital camera (don't expect any of my efforts on here for a while, though - I'm still trying to figure out how to open the box ), two tickets for a surprise game in Jan (not clashing with the Town at a ground I haven't been to - oh, and my first STFC scarf!
Didn't he do well!.

I got £40, some ugg boot style slippers (soo warm) a winter car care kit and these little pouch things that you snap the seal in and they heat your pockets for an hour (could be useful in the morrow)

That's just sounds like the sort of thing Mr Wiggy says- and it might have been a tangerine, too - he was obviously a spoilt kid!!!

I had lots of brilliant things including- a set of Bob Dylan C.D.s - and Bob Dylan's Chronicles Volume 1. ;D

A set of Burberry perfume things (No- I'm NOT a Chav- the perfume is still posh!! )

A bottle of Bailey's.

The best thing of all, though, was to have the family together. Eldest and husband, youngest and boyfriend,
All three grandchildren- and son-in-law's father- who was so ill a few months ago, we didn't think he'd make it. And Of course- Mr and Mrs Wiggy!!

My daughter and I slaved in the kitchen most of the day- catering for ten- but it was worth it. Last year we out out to "The Falcon" in Hinstock village- but it's not as cosy as Christmas at home.

and to top it off I span the car on the way to Pontesbury doing 15 miles an hour. What an exhilirating experience, don't think Amy appreciated it mind.

Added to football taking palce everywhere, and match of the day on later and Christmas lunch now....top notch.

The only thing detracting from the day is the blasted boyzone album i bought for Amy which is now being played nonstop.

I'm not much for presents for myself as christmas is all about getting it right for the kids.

I had made clear that I wanted the extended Return of the King and Breath on them Salop. the latter i got just before Christmas. The ofrmer I requested becuase the kids would get territorial with it if it was a present for either of them.

Apart from a TopShop scarf from my step-son (i'm 18 years too old to shop there) it's been a book a DVD year:

1) Above items
2) DVD of Chinatown.
3) dare to be a Daniel - Tony Benn (recommended)
4) Colemanballs 12 - mention for radio Shropshire
5) Football Lexicon
6) Himalaya (I beleive this is something to do with a TV programme)

The in-laws always front-up with a couple of bottles of beer - which is always satisfactory.

Kids are happy, their cousins spent the day with them playing with new toys, and they all enjoyed dinner.

I enjoyed reading Breathe On 'Em II, sipping Jamesons in my STFC polo shirt with the best of the Style Council on in the background.

Now, a win at Bury is all that's needed
