I haven’t tried to purchase anything yet but assumed that the links would be there as the instructions issued distinctly say do not open a new account or your ordering history will be lost.
I suggest you email ticketing and ask Martin. He has been really helpful to me and I will certain need these links for cup and away games, Do please share your replies.

Click on My Account go to family and friends and it explains the process. You have to add them again, it’s a new site 👍

Yep, I’ve just sent a WhatsApp message to my group asking 😩 Still we wanted rid of Ticketmaster so this is a consequence which hopefully will be worthwhile.

The Friends & Family is annoying. I had notes of lots of people I’ve bought tickets for in past, but to set them up again I now need their post code. I could drive to the house of many of them, but don’t know the post code. And at least one of the first few I tried to add had a duplicate number, which makes no sense because he and often me, have always used the same original number. Beasty not impressed to find he doesn’t exist !
Martin the Ticket Office Manager will be fed up of emails from me

Yes I don’t understand the duplicate numbers either because we’ve only ever used one.
