Got to be Leahy, the only player last season that showed any leadership imo. He would be constantly encouraging others every time their was a break in play and would be happy to have words with some when they make the wrong decision. He's also got the ability to ensure he is first name on the teamsheet.
mrcricket: SC and AW and possibly a lot of others looking at the small print (possibly with their legal representatives). RW and MM probably doing the same. Cotterill wondering whether he can put up with the regime change for another 12 months.
