Court fight looms over Sainsbury's cat ban www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-61596623I heard this on the radio this morning. You would hope that a acceptable solution can be found without it having to go to Court.

No it isn't, so you can kick that one into touch.
He should have worn dark glasses and told them it was his guide cat.

As you can guess I don’t like cats .

Don't want to appear to be too harsh with this fella, but animals/pets of any kind in supermarkets is a big no, no for me. Definitely unhygienic. He could always have it delivered of course & and use open air markets for shopping if he wants his cat to accompany him.

Does he want or does he need? If he was blind would we kick his guide dog out? When is a pet a pet? Not that I have any great interest really just curious.

Self taught ‘assistance dogs’ are becoming a bit of a problem with more and more becoming companion dogs for children and adults with anxiety disorders…. I’ve noticed some shops now say “registered” guide dogs and assistance dogs. There’s no doubt they’re a great help to many but where does it stop? Assistance cats maybe?

Guide dogs have to be allowed, it's just a shame this fella latched onto a cat. He could probably have got away with a dog.
