Must say Iโve been really looking forward to this, 100,000 Rangers fans travelled to Seville but only 10,000 have tickets!
They knocked out good German teams in Borussia Dortmund and Leipzig already so letโs hope they do the hat trick.
Come on Rangers & Connor Goldson!

They reckon there could be close to 150,000 Rangers fans in Seville come kick off.
Seville wont know what's hit it!

Good luck Rangers.
As the only remaining British side in Europe I hope they bring it home!

I would think they'll be just as many from Frankfurt making the trip too. Lucky Seville.

Great support for the pair of them. I just wonder whether Seville has enough bars to cater for all those without a match ticket.

I've little liking for Rangers normally, but I hope they win tonight. It would be quite something to have Goldson and Hart playing in the Champions League next season.
But it would also be great for one of the 'lesser' leagues to provide a European winner. The same applies to next week's Europa Conference final, when Feyenoord play Roma, ironically a contest that sounds a more likely Europa League final match up than the one taking place tonight. Perhaps people were too quick to deride the new competition.

The one that reports many bars in Seville will be closed on Wednesday Or did I miss something? Anyhow, even so, having seen the footage just now on the news it certainly looks as though one or two (at the very least) are open (and doing great business).

Live free to air on BT sport too via their You Tube channel, kick off 20:00 ๐ Northampton v Mansfield holds more appeal to me! I'm all for the lower (and non-) leagues, but the League 2 play offs feature just about the dullest line ups possible. No contest for me, this is the sort of European final I'd like to see more of - two teams with a rich history but neither of which has been remotely fashionable for a long time (and perhaps won't be again after tonight!). This could have been a classic 1960s final, what's not to like?

I've tended to pooh-pooh this Europa League malarkey in the past but when I look to the Champions League final, who is involved and the "Super League" shenanigans this one tonight feels to be a little more authentic. Perhaps helped with the two sides involved, mind and the support heading down there to see the game. But will try and tune into this one now (having seen the info about the free footage above). Not really arsed who wins, just hope its a decent game.

Give me tonightโs game, between two proper clubs, over the Champions League Final, between two commercial entities, any day of the week.

The build up has been good to it which has no doubt helped. Think it may also be the fact that Goldson is playing for them as well.

Flew Manchester to Palma yesterday.
Manchester was absolutely heaving with Rangers fans, the bars and duty free were doing very brisk business. The flight to Majorca was about 3/4 full of Gers as well. When I asked one why they were going to Palma for a match on the mainland he replied the Scots were taking any available seats from any northern airports to any Spainish and Portuguese airports and getting connecting flights or road and rail transport to get to Seville.
All on our flight were well behaved, indeed for the vast majority you wouldnt have know they were football fans at all, but as with any larger number groups they were load, very load. No chance to get much kip for sure.

But as you asked, there was announcement before take off of the need to "wear one at all times except while eating drinking". To which the 90% who werent wearing one did completely foook all, as you would expect now, me included. But that was no different on the flight home last Friday with no football fans involved. It really is time to put the face masks issue to bed now, it is well past its sell by date.

I live in Seville.
You can't move in the center for Rangers fans, all wearing the same identical blue kit.
They're gonna have a nasty sunburn too lol.
