Stockport to win the league and Halifax to win the play offs please. I also have a feeling for Halifax but absolutely anybody will do apart from Wrecks slum.

This may end up like the time Shrewsbury got back into the League. Hereford finished in 2nd place way ahead of Town's points total but of course we all know what happened. I remember Hereford felt really hard done by and thought it was unfair that they were not automatically promoted.

I'm sure Wrexham felt the same the year Fleetwood fronted by Vardy won the League in 2011/12. Pl W D L F A GD Pts 1 Fleetwood Town 46 31 10 5 102 48 54 103 2 Wrexham 46 30 8 8 85 33 52 98 3 Mansfield Town 46 25 14 7 87 48 39 89 Not that I have one scintilla of sympathy for them. Those Wembley Finals against Newport in the Conference and in the F.A. Trophy against North Ferriby were most enjoyable viewing. Whereas their F.A. Trophy Final which they won against Grimsby is another black mark against Hurst.

In 2011/12 Wrexham lost in the semi finals to a team 17 points behind them who were 5th in the table - Luton Town.

Top 5 Final table 2003/2004 1 Chester City 92 pts 2 Hereford United 91 pts 3 Shrewsbury Town 74 pts 4 Barnet 71 pts 5 Aldershot Town 70 pts
And only us still in the football league, whilst time has not been kind for Chester and Hereford. www.fchd.info/lghist/conf2004.htm

Good morning to the Blue and yellow half of Shroppshire. Jetlag. Isn't it cold? Just over 24 hours home and I'm wearing jumpers and double socks. We've had the lecky on non stop. Hot water bottles. We've really brightened up your season haven't we? Every goal we score. Every goal 'County' scores....every shift in the f_))))))kin table.....you're on here. Like flies flippin' stuck on fly paper. We've saved your season! What a distraction we are? There won't be many upset in our leafy lanes if we don't get automatic promotion. Last November I was hoping for the play offs best. Look at te progress we've made. Long term investment. Every other club in the league was strengthening. We had a transfer embargo 'cos we're Welsh! The truth is the other big clubs had been strengthening for a few seasons. We were like paupers!Previously dancing around traffic cones on 9 Acre pitch in the middle of town and going for a shower later at Total Fitness. It's a first season. Lot's of catching up. What we've achieved has been nothing short of a miracle. On and off the pitch. Stronger still next season. You don't know whay you're missing. All to play for. Going to the wire. Predicted. We won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen when it was 'Countys' title to lose? We slashed their 11 point lead and we can still win it on the final day.. We can still go up in the play offs. We've got Wembley as well. If this isn't a successful first seasons takeover compared to the previous regime....then all my toes can drop off one by one. It's been an absolutely fantastic first season. Need to get the crayons and paper out and explain that we won't feel disappointed if we lose out by a point, goal difference whatever. Just unlucky! Our season is far from over. Wembley as well.

Seems as though Rob and Ryan wont be at their big game tomorrow, put in plenty of money but about as big a fans as Noto is.
Guess they are banking on having to turn up for the play off final........ IF.....

Ah, but Halifax also need a win to possibly get themselves into 3rd place, avoid an extra play off game, and have a home tie in the semis. All a lottery 4th place got promoted last year…..2nd year before that, and 3rd before that….. I personally want Stockport to win in memory of a good friend who was “County Mad” but against most on here Wrexham to win the play offs…. I would quite happily see Wrexham get promoted on a level playing field but I don't really want our next cross border derby to be with the Hollywood circus and I especially don't want to be an episode in their stupid ****ing " documentary" (has anyone ever actually seen this?). Hope they stay in non league.

But both of them did get back into the FL for a while. Makes me shudder to think what could have happened to us if we hadn't made it back up to the FL. Two penalty shoot outs, the 2nd of which our goalkeeper Howie was off his line for the penalties. Didn't have to play Hereford who finished 17 points ahead of us because Aldershot, aided and abetted by Andy Woolmer who sent off Tretton, beat them. Yes, everything went our way fortunately.

We’ve spent nothing and seen millions siphoned for years. FYI - no one has seen the documentary because it’s being launched in August. Keep up son. Research before you post

Got your ticket for the game tomorrow doctor? Long way down there, and even longer on the way back if results dont fall the right way.
No good asking Noto if he's going 🙂
Any of our fans heading down to cheer on the home team, I'm sure you wont get a ticket at Stockport for any money now.

Wembley next week. Possibly West Ham 2 weeks later. It’s an exciting time to be a Wrexham fan. I get the patronising ‘pub league’ comments, but it’s really exciting nonetheless. I have really enjoyed this season - great football; great goals; drama on the last day of the season; taking all the family to London next weekend. It’s great.

Remains to be seen about our defeat in the playoffs, but it’s really good to read that you’re going to watch it. Should go down a storm in the US, what with them having little concept of promotion and relegation. More exposure and money for the club, which is great isn’t it? Hope you enjoy the production, but sounds like you will 👍

Well well well... Some of you are really frothing over our fortunes. There's absolutely no pressure on us. It's 'Countys' to lose. It has been for a long time. But we've whittled down a huge margin and taken it to the final day. Anything can happen. I haven't ruled out heading to town tomorrow night for a big celebration. We've got the play offs as insurance. No ones going to fancy a trip to the Racecourse. Wembley booked at least once this season. Our season is far from over

Aren't the pub leagues playing their play offs at the London stadium this year?
