I have a horrible feeling something like this will be commonplace in the European leagues .
If it does the I'll be ditching professional football apart from the town and following the amateur game instead.
I doubt Wrexham and Brum fans are too fond of the idea..

Would the match be wool wrapped as apposed to a bubble?

I see they have signed the keeper that they had on loan from Arsenal - I can’t remember his name but it sounds a bit like Hong King Phooey!

Suppose we'll have to see how good this oconkedout is🤔🤔😎 Wasn’t overly impressed in the cup game.9 And that was with our attack. Hopefully the better teams next season will find him (& their defence) out fairly regularly. Their defence didnt always look too convincing in some games in L2.

Eamon Dumpheys article on football pundits is a good read if you get a chance. (Belfast Herald) James McLean doesn't come out of it well. Souness and Shearer does

We’re all enjoying the twilight zone over here 🥃
The jungle drums are beating. A massive incoming and 1 or 2 out on the loan. For experience etc
You Shrrews fax are in for one huge god almighty shock of your lives when you visit us 6 games in. Think of Millwall but ten times more. Outnumbered 12 to 1. When you arrive before the game you’ll be hoping you lose. So you can get home at a sensible time before the trains and buses stop running etc
We can’t wait! 🍺 and it’s still June!

Sure you will enjoy your Cup final, it's been many years now so can understand all the years of hurt up there.
To us it's just another 90 mins, this time against a fairly local team. Nothing special.

Do you think it will get moved to sunday? Sky will certainly pick this up for TV - and it will almost certainly be an early kick off on either the Saturday or Sunday. Both sets of fans will find out this week when Sky announce their first block of TV games
